Last month, my computer was attacked by very dangerous malware and I was very fearful that our personal and business info. was compromised. Once I determined my computer was hacked, I took it to Behrouz and he eliminated the malware from my computer and I have had no problems with my system since then. He is competent, professional and courteous, and he immediately arranged an appointment when I called him to inform him of my computer issues. Plus, once the computer was repaired for a very reasonable price, Behrouz included a year warranty for his work. I feel very fortunate that I found this very talented and conscientious professional and I highly recommend him and PC Expert Services to anyone in our area who needs work on their computer(s).

I fell victim recently to some computer hackers who gained remote access to my personal computer. Derek from Black Tie IT was recommended by a nurse at my doctor’s office (of all places) and when I explained to her what happened to me, she told me to call Derek immediately. I did once I got to the parking lot, and he answered and on the spot, immediately started helping me with my situation. A huge weight lifted off my shoulders in the first 5 mins of talking to him; I knew I was in good hands. He came over an hour later to my home after normal business hours to personally pick up my computer and clean everything up. 5 Star customer service for sure. He spent hours finding and securing accounts and shopping websites for me. He works extremely fast and is available almost any hour of day or night. He also reconfigured our network at home, made all the necessary trips to Cox Communications to return our old internet equipment and get us set up with new and faster internet. Highly recommend him for all your computer/technical needs.
