I needed to buy a new laptop in 2021. In going about making the purchase I intended to select a company that had expert knowledge of computers so I would get the right equipment for my needs and, most important, have technical personnel availability when I have a problem. I selected ITO Solutions. My experience in the past two years has been highly satisfying. I trust ITO Solutions to give efficient delivery of services when I have a problem and I recommend them.

As a solo law practitioner I obviously do not have an in house IT person. I used to waste hours trying to figure out a technical issue.ITO Solutions has been amazing for me and saved me both time and money. They have an affordable hourly rate and experienced professionals who can solve the issues much faster than me. As a independent mortgage broker we are in need of multiple tech solutions from phone support to equipment. Fact is that we as a company need a reliable company to handle our many layers of needs and ITO Solutions has provided that. They are local and although most services are handled over the phone or online its nice to know if we need them they are not far away. Also, they showed me how VOIP really has advanced and we use it and are extremely happy!

We have a small, two computer office for a small business. After several attempts to find a reliable IT company, and after being given the run around by others, quoting over $2000 for the job I needed, I found ITO and I immediately felt the difference in everyway. Professional, super nice, super polite. They will give you honest pricing from the get go without making it complicated for us not-so-techy people. My small business had a do-it-yourself IT department, and through Eric at ITO Solutions and his partnership with WrinkleFreeIT we now have help with our computers, printers, network, and phones whenever something goes wrong. Instead of being down for days until we figure out how to fix something, our problems are solved within a few hours. I cant imagine NOT having ITO Solutions services at this point. Super nice people too!

I am so happy with the tech support I received. I am so thankful that Justin was able to repair my computer within hours. Due to Covid, I was unable to get a representative from Microsoft on the phone and was so relieved that I found ito solutions and that they were able to help me immediately. Definitely my go to guys from now on!
