5 STARSI had taken my laptop to originally just get cleaned but then he sent me pictures of what the inside looked like and man was it a mess. He had recommended me replacing the battery and changing the thermal paste because it looked like chalk lol bc how old it was. He was super quick to get these things done and very responsive when I messaged him. If I can give him more stars I would, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will be coming back soon for more things!

Shattered my touch screen laptop beyond use, I brought it to PC Expert Services and they fixed it within 72 hours, stayed within the estimate they quoted me, the screen works better than it did before it was shattered. Getting to the location to drop off your laptop was kind of weird, the door was locked inside the business building when I arrived but just knock and drop it off, youre in good hands.

Very efficient and I was able to get important data from a damaged 20 year old laptop. 99% recovery in a timely fashion. Im very pleased and when I recently needed a new motherboard, I took my laptop in and they had it fixed in 2-3 days. Ill always come back for all my computer repair needs.

They did a great job by fixing my laptop. No questions to that. The only problem was with the recepionist in the office building who was not present according to the schedule on the web site, so I need to wait for her to get the laptop back. Anyway, I am going to work with this company further.

Highly Recommend. The screen and the keyboard on my old Lenovo Laptop broke when it fell. PC Expert Services owner was very responsive and immediately let me know if replacement parts are available. His pricing included diagnostics, backing up my hard drive, and even repaired the broken speakers on my laptop. Most importantly, the owner met me on a Saturday to take my laptop. He was extremely polite, courteous and truthful. Something you dont find every day! I cant say enough good things about their service and attention to detail. They are truly experts. One of the few times that Google search led me to a very reliable and responsive establishment. My PC laptop gave out a couple of weeks ago and I needed a number of repairs done to the hardware. Behrouz was very helpful, and took care of all the issues, and then some. The work was done in a timely manner and the fee was quite reasonable.I have found myself an ideal repair shop for any future issues with my computers, and I will definitely recommend PC Expert Services to all my friends and relatives for theirs.

Please do not hesitate to take your computer issues to PC EXPERT SERVICES. I know today we have to be careful because you do not know who you can trust. PC EXPERT IS A TRUST WORTHY BUSINESS. They worked on my old DELL Laptop for a week and did not charge me. Then they actuallty sold me an outstand HP laptop for $400.00. It was going to cost $200.00 to fix the old one. I have nothing bad to say about PC Experts because they did a great job!! I’m a college student so my work is very dependent on having my laptop so it was critical that the repair was fast. They fixed my last top in two days!!!! What I really appreciated the most is that they told me how much it would cost before the fixed it. I compared the price to other places and they were the cheapest plus they even threw in a one year warranty which was nice. I highly recommend this place!!! They also fix more than just laptops!

Last month, my computer was attacked by very dangerous malware and I was very fearful that our personal and business info. was compromised. Once I determined my computer was hacked, I took it to Behrouz and he eliminated the malware from my computer and I have had no problems with my system since then. He is competent, professional and courteous, and he immediately arranged an appointment when I called him to inform him of my computer issues. Plus, once the computer was repaired for a very reasonable price, Behrouz included a year warranty for his work. I feel very fortunate that I found this very talented and conscientious professional and I highly recommend him and PC Expert Services to anyone in our area who needs work on their computer(s).

I came in to have a desktop reinstalled into a new case (with some upgraded parts to replace old ones).Two issues came up:1) He didnt install one of my old drives, just mounted it inside the case but never plugged it in. He claimed that, because he was installing Windows on my new upgraded drive, he wouldnt plug in the old one.2) He installed the liquid cooling without (lighting control). His reasoning was that I, over the phone apparently, said I did not care about lighting for the cooler, so he decided not to install the cooler in a way that would support it. He charged me extra for the liquid cooling installation, so I would have expected hed put maximum effort into installing it.I had to open up my computer to fix both issues, yet he came up with reasons to justify why he didnt do things I asked and wouldnt even offer a partial refund. I dont know if either of these issues were truly misunderstandings, but I dont appreciate that hed try so hard to take the easy way out with multiple steps of my installation.

I would like to recommend PC Expert Services. In the past taking my laptop for repair is fraught with worry and apprehension. Not anymore. Behrouz has handled a number of different issues. Made recommendations (Yes I need to shop for a newer system). But in the meantime, he has helped me keep it going. Providing service in a timely manner. He offers phone consult (love that), onsite service and I can always bring it in. No more worries anymore when I need help Behrouz has restored my confidence in the repair process.

I was looking for a reliable PC repair guy in July because my Samsung laptop needed to change the keyboard. I went to one shop before I ran into to PC Experts. The previous shop quoted me a low price to get me in the door, and then changed their quote to a higher price. When I wanted to stop working with them, I still had to pay the diagnosis fee. On the other hand, Behrouze at PC Experts is a very honest, reasonable and knowledgeable guy. He really knows what he’s talking about. The Samsung laptop keyboard took a few tries before it got fixed, but Behrouz never charged me extra. Since then, he has serviced my two other laptops. All in all, I am very satisfied with his service and highly recommended PC Experts.

This place is supposed to be free diagnose. And it is. However, be careful if you decide not to have them repair your PC. In my case, I decided that the repair estimate was not reasonable and picked up the laptop. Unfortunately, the laptop that was physically in perfect shape before, was damaged in two places when I picked it up. In fact, I replaced the part they diagnosed, but the PC didnt work anyways. Either their diagnosis was wrong or they got angry for not getting authorization to the repair and damaged my laptop. You should probably take a few pictures of your PC before taking it to them.

I have had Behrouz repair my wifes Acer laptop twice in the past (she is bedridden and largely relies on her computer for contact with the outside world) and my own Dell Inspiron laptop. Recently, my computers touchpad and the hand rest to its left were causing malfunctions, and Behrouz was able to resolve the problem to my great satisfaction in less than a week. He even made special after hours arrangements with me for drop-off and pick-up. His prices are very fair and his service is excellent.

My laptop is a Samsung ultrabook and as Samsung is no longer in the computer game in the US, it was going to be tough to replace my motherboard with a new one. PC Experts worked with me in a timely manner, letting me know up front that the motherboard would have to be specially ordered and from a refurbished laptop. I never post anything! I have to say this though. I have had the best experience with the help I recieved. I downloaded DRIVER ASSIST and my pc went off the charts. I reset it 3 times and the problem with my sound continued. I knew it wasnt the sound but couldnt figure what was messing it up. He figured it out via text. It was a little difficult bc of the message aspect but it was fixed. I highly recommend this company. As far as support goes Behrouz is top of the line.

I had an issue with my ps4 which I took to Behrouz and despite having to go back a couple of times to get it resolved., Behrouz was very responsive, quick and had a great manner in assuring me that the issue would be resolved. I was buying a graphics card private party and couldnt bring my computer to the spectrum to plug the gpu in and see if it booted and open up its bios.Literally plugging something in and them opening a file. Takes all of 2 minutes, if that....He wanted $80 plus tax for that. That price was absolutely a rip off. Straight hosing people

SCAM! I called them to get a price for replacing the cracked MacBook screen, and the guy asked me to give him the SERIAL NUMBER. Why would you need me to give you a serial number?????? I called almost eight different places, and they asked me to give them the Mac Model, not Serial Number!!! Do not trust this business and NEVER share your Apple serial number.
