This service is not to be trusted they lack quality service when it comes to issues with your money they claim they will provide world class service yet they partner with internet bank processing services not real establishments who have trusted processes. The internet banks remedy use such as Fiserv won’t even reply to the remedy team so that they can provide you the customer accurate information. As the bank will only respond by email a day later after remedy agents reach out to the untrusted internet bank. leaving you the customer in limbo with slow and confusing responses from the remedy team that they claim to be information that they got from the bank. For example I had a customer pay 20k for a service that the customer shared was a legit sale yet the bank still denied this costing me a very high value customer as he didn’t want to do business with me after this issue took place due to very poor services. and held an additional 8k that we made over a weekend that had nothing to do with the 20k funds from my high end client that was approved by the customer that they denied for over 60 days which I still don’t have funds deposited back to me yet as remedy agents shared with me that I would have back by now it has been 65 days and counting please beware of service I will also be going to the BBB and sharing experience on all social media sites so that no one has the same experience as I have had
