Remedy is awesome they really look out for their customers! They really fight for you when a customer does a charge back. They won a non refundable deposit charge back from a customer. When we used Square we lost every charge back. Very satisfied

I have to say the personal touch to the assistance you get - especially concerning chargebacks - is phenomenal! I gave them all the information they recommended and we won the case! We previously used QBO for our payment system - but to be honest their chargeback department is SERIOUSLY lacking (not to throw shade) but they take forever answering the phone and when they did - they just didnt care. Giselle from the chargeback department with Remedy Payments really helped me out. She fought on our behalf and I could not be happier with her and the service they provide. I know we cant win them all... but to have such a personable experience has made me tell the entire office to take payments exclusively through Remedy. Ive been working with Remedy for the past year now to process payments for my chicago-based moving company. We switched over to them from Bank of America merchant services who used to be my provider. They are directly affiliated with the software that I use to manage my entire company which makes processing payments directly into my customers reservation super seamless. Last week I was able to add another location and start up another new account, and i was approved and the new account was finished within two days. We are so happy that we switched over to Remedy Payment Solutions. It has made processing our customers credit card payments so much easier for our entire office staff. Everyone we have dealt with at Remedy has been a pleasure to deal with and they made the transition so easy and seamless. Having the ability to have our customer’s storage payments set up for reoccurring payments has made the daunting task of standing at a terminal to run credit card after credit card a distant bad memory. We have also enjoyed the feature of being able to send our customers a link so that they can securely make a payment without having to verbally give all the information to someone “on the other end of the line”. It has given our customers a much deeper feeling of security. My only regret is that we did not switch over sooner.
