Silveira GMC
985 Healdsburg Ave, Healdsburg, CA 95448, United States
I had a flat tire & limped to Silveira on my emergency spare. John, the service rep. at first said the computer showed that they had no tires in stock that fit my 2017 Buick Encore. But he did not give up, and took the time to personally search their tire inventory & found four new tires that were identical to my original equipment tires. I bought the new set & in less than 2 hours drove away with new tires, happy as a clam. Great service, beyond the call of duty. Siveira is the best. Ive been a customer since 2010, including 2 new car purchases.
Finchers Auto Service Inc
82 Healdsburg Ave, Healdsburg, CA 95448, United States
Finchers Auto Service Inc was super helpful, kind, knowledgeable and reasonable! Lovely Healdsburg isnt the worst place to brake down, but I never expected a busy mechanic shop to except a walk-in, and that is exactly what they did! From the thoughtful, professional, and kind Taylor, who helped me on the phone, to the wonderful mechanic, (whos name I wish I could remember), I was in the shop for a breezy 10 minutes! They reset t my cars computer, and that was it! I highly recommend this fabulous business!
Montage Healdsburg

Beautiful Hotel, Terrible Service. This hotel has the potential to be great. It has great views, decent food and a nice pool area. If it weren’t for the service issues, I would have given it five stars. Most of the hotel staff is very nice, unfortunately, their service was just bad. While we were at the pool the first day, the hotel delivered a cheese plate to our room. It was probably in the room an hour or so before we returned. Shockingly, the cheese plate was covered in ants (see picture). The scary question is: were the ants on the plate when it was delivered (nobody could have missed them if they were), or even worse, were they already in our room and simply swarmed the cheese plate when it arrived? Either one is unacceptable. While the hotel apologized, they never even offered to replace it. Another time, the front desk arranged a car to take us to a wine tasting, but forgot to put the information into the computer or tell anyone else at the hotel about it. So, we wasted a lot of time the next day trying to find the car. Service at the restaurant was just as bad. Each meal, we waited a very long time before anyone even made their first approach to our table, and once we had to get up and beg someone, anyone, just to come over. And this was with the hotel and restaurant being only partly full. The front desk manager, Chris, appears to be trying his hardest, and he is very good at apologizing, but some free cookies and a free breakfast (that was already included in our package, so I guess it was double free) didn’t make up for the service issues. This hotel is not cheap and if they don’t fix the bad service, I can’t recommend that anyone stay here.
Hotel Les Mars
27 North St, Healdsburg, CA 95448, United States
I travel quite a bit and stay in hotels ranging from the Embassy Suites to The Ritz Carlton. The Hotel Les Mars is NO Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. In summary, it is exceptionally overpriced for what it is and the people who work there do not make any attempt to personally cater to you or even get to know your name.My rating is harsh and is based on the room rate of about $1000 per night (with Taxes, etc). If this room had been $200-$300, it would have received ratings of Very Good to ExcellentOn this trip, we visited the Ritz Carlton at Half Moon Bay and the Hotel Les Mars. When we arrived at the Ritz Carlton, the valet promptly met us took our car and luggage. By the time I reached the front door, the doorman already greeted me Welcome Mr. Liss. Walking toward the front desk, one more person met me by name and when I got to the front desk, they once again greeted me Checking in Mr. Liss?.The Hotel Les Mars on the other hand was DOUBLE the price of the Ritz. The Hotel Les Mars has 13 rooms (or so). No valet. No doorman. You walk in and there is either no one in the lobby or a single person in the lobby. They ask you your name. They look you up on the computer.... seriously... they have 13 guests...thats it. They print some stuff on the computer (the Ritz had the room key and package ready before I got there).During our 2 day stay there, we interacted with the front desk and other staff a dozen times. Each time, they greeted us with what room number are you in? Once again - are you kidding.. there are 13 rooms. We were told how the room was decorated with a blank check book by a decorator who went to Europe. I wonder if they put money in that checking account. The fixture at the entry of the room is availble at Home Depot for less than $20. Some of the other fixtures feature very cheezy light bulbs that are supposed to look like candles - but just seem cheap and strange. There is no mini-bar. No-fridge. The TV and TV reception is terrible. They give you Comcast cable but for $1000 per night, 90% of the channels indicate that they are not part of the subscription... wow. No on demand movies. The shower is very average - at or below that of comparable Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton. The workout room: Ha Ha. Why even bother. Seriously it is not as nice as a Courtyard by Marriott workout room.Room service: We had it twice for breakfast. Day 1: We filled out their WRITTEN FORM. I guess they cant read since they left 1 of 3 items off our request. I called the desk. They did not even apologize. They said that the chef would deliver the item (oatmeal). Shortly the chef did deliver the item and did not apologize either. When we checked out, I was surprised that they charged me for the item... wow.Day 2: Ordered continental breakfast by phone. It took 30 minutes to deliver cold items. I did call the desk to check the status after about 20 minutes.Even when I went to check out. They asked me what room are you in?Overall, I really dont want to sound like a hotel snob, but at a $1000 per night, I would suggest that prospective guests consider staying at other places.
BACA Wines

Poor and discriminatory experience.I had a reservation confirmed on Cellarpass, arrived and was seated just to be asked to leave because they were fully committed. The fact that we were seated and had started our tasting I was lead to believe there was availability. Being in the customer service industry and also a club member there were so many other options available to better handle the situation. I understand that mistakes happen and computers can glitch however having Carol as the manager and representing the company is so unfortunate. She lacked empathy, accountability, professionalism and conflict resolution skills.Above all, having just the general hospitality to pull me aside separately to have this discussion where other guests could not hear the conversation -would have shown a tad bit of empathy or compassion. Is this what discrimination looks like? Looking back and noticing we were the only minorities in the room and that there was no diversity within the employees there - how sad to see in 2021.
