Overall a great experience. Custom ordered a truck. My first time doing this. There were a few hiccups along the way, but nothing major, more of a learning curve. Ultimately it was the easiest, and when it came time to actually buy and sign the papers, the quickest purchasing of a vehicle I have ever experienced. Conner was great to work with. Would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a GMC. Never once felt any shadiness like you do from so many dealers. Great job.

I work at the Redwood Gospel Missions. We serve those in need in the Sonoma and now Mendocino counties. We do not accept government funding but operate solely on the generosity of our community and sales from our thrift store. God calls us to be good stewards of the resources we are blessed with.We began purchasing vehicles from Silveira Chevrolet in 2019 with the purchase of several box trucks. We havent purchased from anywhere else since. The service, care and support has been stellar. The past two years we have purchased two passenger vans, a truck to tow our shower trailer, and last week a box truck for our Catering. Walter Crockett was our Commercial Account Manager and he provided us with excellent customer support and service with much patience and kindness. The owner, Scott Silveira, has become our dear friend to the Redwood Gospel Missions along with everyone on his team. HIGHLY recommend.

I brought the truck in because of water on the floor and the carpet being saturated. Initially my Internet search suggested an ac leak. On further research the third break light was the most common area of water failure. I told this to the body shop multiple times. The body shop has the truck for a total of 10 days over two occasions. They did nothing to address the leak. On the second occasion they provided a truck for me to use whose engine light came on and stayed on for 4 days.

My GMC Sierra AT4 had a main seal leaking on the transmission. Mechanic replaced seal just to have it leak again. I asked Silveira to replace again. They said they would have to install another transmission, a rebuilt one. I said I did not want a rebuilt one. The truck only has 27,000 miles on it and they want to put a rebuilt transmission in it. I picked up my truck with a leaking seal. Ive been disappointed with General Motors, Ive had nothing but problems with this truck and I paid $103,000. The value on my truck has gone down quite a bit with all the problems showing up on Carfax.

The guys gave us a break on replacing a thermostat on our 202 Buick Lacrosse, because we had to bring the car back 3 times because of cooling system and other issues that had to be dealt with. They gave us a break on the price because we had to bring it back until they narrowed down all of the issues, as well as lent us a vehicle a couple of days until they fixed the problem.

I visited the dealer in October 2021 to inquire about ordering a new 2022 Yukon Denali. I spoke to salesman Kelly Hendershot who stated they would markup the price of the Vehicle by $2500 due to the high demand and low stock. I decided to shop around and discovered other dealers in the area were marking up their vehicles by $5000 or more. I went back to see Kelly Hendershot at Silveira a couple of weeks later who stated they were now marking up their vehicles by $5000. Luckily because I had been there a couple of weeks before they were nice enough to honor the $2500 markup. Kelly worked with me to submit my order with all the options I wanted. Due to the current shipping delays and shortage in microchips Kelly was notified by GM that some options I wanted were not available to be installed. He of course called me right away to discuss the modification of my order to ensure the vehicle was customized to my liking. Once the order was finalized and approved by GM Kelly would call me weekly with updates about my vehicles progress. My Fiancé and I always looked forward to Thursdays when Kelly would call with updates and he didnt fail to call and let us know what was going on. Towards mid January Kelly called me and stated he was working from home due to COVID but that he was still able to see updates about my vehicle and report them to me as he got them. I mean talk about dedication. When my Vehicle arrived in Milpitas, CA, about 1.5 hours away from the dealer, Kelly was able to facilitate another employee picking up the vehicle allowing me to get it a few days earlier than if we had to wait for a truck to deliver it. The vehicle arrived to the Dealer a couple of days before Kelly was able to go back to work and he was able to ensure the vehicle was detailed and all the dealer installed options were complete from his home. The day he was back to work I went and picked up the vehicle and dropped off my trade in. It was truly the easiest experience Ive had purchasing a vehicle. The price of the vehicle and the amount given for my trade in were as promised when we discussed a few weeks prior. Our new Yukon Denali is perfect and has all the installed options we wanted thanks to Kelly! Would definitely recommend Silveira GMC and would tell all my friends and family looking for a GMC to see Kelly Hendershot!

Kelly was the best salesman. I called up there and spoke with him about a new truck coming in. He wasnt sure if it was spoken for or not. He called me back in 5 minutes and said I could hold it for $500, gave him the money. There was no BS in the price and no hidden add-ons like Thompson. Truck came in early and Kelly would not be there the day we bought it. He had Bill take his place for the sale. He even offered to have Bill pick us up from the airport! When your brand new car breaks down and you are on vacation, four hours away from home, and the nearest dealership is almost two hours you start to worry. From the initial call to Robb he was so understanding and helpful. He promised he would take care of us and to not worry. He understood that our timing of when the car could get there was dependent on when a tow truck could arrive (it took more than 6 hours to get one - and then they still had to drive 2 hours to get to the dealership). Again, he was so patient and understanding. When the car finally arrived they quickly took a look and realized it was a major repair. I’ve been wanting to write a review for a long time and finally was reminded to do this ..I had such a bad experience I feel it’s better late than never to write one. in 2020 I took my car in due to air conditioning problem. First time it did not get fixed properly..second time did not get fixed properly (granted I brought it in months later and that’s on me)….third time they did it for free (if my memory serves me) but again it never worked. I gave up but I paid 1300 dollars for absolutely nothing getting fixed!! The customer service was so-so. They sounded mostly annoyed with me on phone and in person -but wow-give me a break-youre annoyed with me?? I went to another spot months later and they fixed it right away for 100 dollars. It truly felt like I was robbed by Silveira.

We’re very happy with the entire experience with this dealer. They searched the state to find the Tour X we desired. The sales team was not pushy and were attentive to our wants. Although the car was new there were two small dings and chip in the paint discovered by our sales team when it arrived at Silveira and although it took several extra days for repairs they made sure our Tour X was perfect upon our arrival. The financing was a breeze and the financing staff very friendly, in fact we still get birthday cards from the gal two years after the sale!We completely love our Tour X and have returned to Silveira for all of the scheduled maintenance. Connor Silveira made my buying and trading experience a 10 out of 10. His knowledge of the vehicle (Terrain) was helpful. Also, since I was used to driving a Tahoe, he was concerned that I would feel cramped by going down in size. But honestly I had told him that as long as my 62 husband fit in the front passenger seat comfortably, then the Terrain was what I wanted, it was time to downsize and get a more mileage friendly car. I went in for an oil change and came out not only with fresh oil and tires rotated but a blemish on my door repaired. While I was waiting I happened to get into a conversation with the salesperson who sold me my vehicle 6 months earlier. He asked how I liked my truck and I said everything was great except for the small scratch I put in the door a few weeks earlier. He told me about a few different processes that might work in removing it. He went out to the service bay and looked at it. He went and talked to the body shop within the dealership and came back to me 10 minutes later and suggested I stop by there on my way out for them to look at. Long and short of it, they fixed the scratch 30 minutes later while I waited for a minimal charge. Who does that? It made my day. Great people going the extra step.

Joe our salesmen was professional and helpful throughout the process. He showed us 2 different vehicles we were interested in and made the sales process very easy and unstressful. He was never pushy like some salesmen and was able to get us the price we wanted. During our purchase their, Joe ran our financials with their credit companies but we were un impressed with rates and were going to obtain our own financing. Before we went to sign final paperwork, John in financing he had heard about our initial rate and made a phone call. My vehicle had a significant issue making it undrivable. I left it at the service center on a Friday, but they were not able to schedule repairs until a week from the following Monday (9 days) Which is not a complaint - they were busy. The following Monday (just 3 days) they checked the vehicle and performed a diagnoses. I felt that this was excellent customer service as it allowed them to get the parts and have a plan so they could get right on the repair when my official appointment came up. In fact I was told that the car had all the bells and whistle‘s and included those things. But he did not give up, and took the time to personally search their tire inventory & found four new tires that were identical to my original equipment tires. The body work done on my GMC truck is good. The body shop had my truck for a month, which seems quite long. I appreciate having the loaner for that period, although it was small. I also had the engine checked because a warning light came on intermittently. My truck needs two sensors replaced and it is unfortunate that they were not available. I will have to bring my truck back to have them replaced, which is a 150-mile round trip over narrow winding roads that takes over five hours to complete. Since Silveira had my truck for a month they had plenty of time to check on the engine light problem indicator and arrange to get the parts and install them. Thats the second time that a mechanical problem with my truck has required me to waste an extra trip because a part was not available when there had been time to get it and save me a trip.Also both times an electrical connection was left unconnected after I picked up my truck. The first time I was able to reconnect the plugs, but this last time I took my truck back and they found the loose connection.

When i purchased my 2018 GMC pickup i was offered an extended warranty by the finance manager, which i usually never purchase (coming from a manufacturing background) but the finance manager assured me the extended warranty would go into effect after the GMC bumper to bumper OEM warranty expired at 36K miles. But to my surprise, when i took my vehicle to get serviced, i was told my warranty was expired at 56K miles. So essentially $3100 for 20K mile coverage which is not what i had agreed on with the finance manager. I feel this bait and switch tactic is deceitful and probably illegal. I have always been a fan of this dealership and have purchased many vehicles in the past 30 years, but after this experience, i will most likely be looking at fords for my next new vehicle.

So dissapointed in the service and care we and our vehicle recieved. It had to be at a dealership because the issue was the horn and there are airbags in the horn.
