2024-05-14 16:07:34We held a company event at Craftworks. Kayla was a great help in making the event a success. She gave me a tour weeks before the event and on the day of the event had everything set up and ready when we got there. As we were out doing a team building experience Kayla handled the food delivery and directed the caterer where to go and what to do. The room we were in was clean and air conditioned with a patio right outside with tables and chairs. There is access to bathrooms and a kitchen. This is a great place to hold a company gathering and they were even dog friendly.

2024-04-25 19:10:50Great experience for us. We were all coming from out of town for an important meeting with a prospective client and didnt know what to expect. Kayla was super helpful with helping us arrange the meeting and provided us with numerous options. She even offered to switch us to a cheaper space that opened up last minute, which worked perfect (The Vault) and saved us money in the end. Would highly recommend--beautiful space, great customer service, and all the things you need to have a successful meeting experience.

2022-04-04 20:20:12I love, love love this place. I have worked out of over a dozen co-working spaces over the past decade, and this is by far the #1 BEST place!! It is IMPECCABLE. One of the founders Jim is an unsung hero of urban environments. The Feng Shui in design, energy and flow here is beautiful. If Jim designed the world, it would be a beautiful place! An A-class act, and so much appreciated in the community!

2021-04-14 22:26:33Craftwork has become my home away from home. As someone that has also had a membership at WeWork, Craftwork is similar to WeWork but with an added coffeeshop/homey vibe. The community managers Taylor and Laurie have been so welcoming and will go above and beyond in helping you with anything you need.Aside from how amazing it is, its location is what sealed the deal for me. Its 1 block from Costeaux ( my favorite coffee shop), 2 blocks from the town square and there is free parking that is right in front of the building. Highly recommend this workspace for anyone in the North-bay that is here long-term or even for the day.

2020-12-31 22:26:20CraftWork Healdsburg is an EXCELLENT place for holding a small (7-10+ people) corporate OFFSITE or meeting. From the minute that we connected with them and outlined our plans, Laurie Wood, Community Manager of CraftWork was on it and we were so pleased with EVERYTHING. They delivered! Our team wanted to hold a small, socially distanced planning offsite in the San Francisco Bay Area in October 2020 (we had 4 team members flying in from outside the area). After much research on cities and venues, we selected CraftWork in Healdsburg.Selecting CraftWork coworking space for our offsite worked extremely well for us and heres why:* The VENUE. Centrally located in downtown Healdsburg, walkable from our hotel (The Harmon House), restaurants, shops and more. Their large PRIVATE meeting room that opened up to an OUTDOOR area made meeting safely a reality for our team.* The STAFF. Laurie and her team worked with us to make sure that we had everything that we could possibly want during our offsite. It was like they were members of our team and they EXCEEDED our expectations for what we needed, at every turn. And, one of the owners/founding member Jim Heid also stopped in to welcome us and extend their hospitality and appreciation for us selecting CraftWork.* The SERVICES. From Digital Covid-19 compliant check-ins, to room set up, meal and break functions and handling our special requests they provided HIGH TOUCH services that would rival any 5 Star hotel.* The ACCESSIBILITY to LOCAL FOOD PURVEYORS. Our meals and breaks and social functions were all top quality experiences with ARTISANAL food options (high quality at fair prices) and the best part is that we were able to support at least 7 local small businesses delivering outstanding products: Oakville Grocery, Noble Folk, Journeyman, Quail & Condor, Costeaux Bakery, Longboard Winery and CraftWork.* The CITY of HEALDSBURG. Location, location, location. Just 60 miles north of San Francisco, 75 miles north of SFO and 10 miles north of STS (Santa Rosas airport) makes this location very desirable. And, we were able to walk around the town - making getting around (and back and forth from the hotel to CraftWork) very easy and enjoyable. Modern hotels, a vibrant restaurant scene, shopping, sports and wine country round out the overall experience of hosting this Sonoma County offsite in Healdsburg.* The CREATIVITY. From the decor of the space, to the attention to all of the details to the energy and smarts of the staff, this is one place to get creative. Everything about the meeting space and the amenities put us right in the middle of our creative zone.* The COMMUNITY. It is clear, these folks are connected and know what it means to be in a community and be part of a community. And we benefited from their connections. We felt welcome, we felt productive and we felt taken care of. What more could one want? Thanks to Laurie, Jim and the entire CraftWork team for making our experience so special. We will be back! 2022-11-04 20:38:04What a space, what a place, what welcoming people. Kayla treated us right. We rented the Vault conference room for four hours and it was a perfect room. No whiteboard? No problem, they covered the whole thing with parchment paper and had great working markers for us to use. Its so chill too, if you want to work remotely this is THE place to go. Aeron chairs, too! Solid Wi-Fi. Go here. You wont regret it!

2023-08-22 17:40:05I had a phenomenal experience at Craftwork for my company event. When we arrived, everything was already set up for our meeting and coffee + tea was nicely laid out. We used the largest meeting room, which allowed us to walk around and enjoy the outdoor patio for our lunch. Kayla & her team were outstanding and provided great support for our event. 10/10 recommendation and zero complaints!

2023-05-24 22:47:58I’m so thankful to have found CraftWork for our meeting space in Healdsburg! Searching for a hotel conference center/meeting location was quite difficult; responses by phone/email were at a snail’s pace, and some places have yet to respond.Luckily, good ol Google helped me find CraftWork. Kayla quickly returned my phone call, provided me with all the details and possibilities available, and promptly followed up with an email. After weighing the options, we decided to book The Vault for 1 1/2 days. With nine people in our group, Kayla let me know it might be a little bit of a squeeze but still doable. It worked perfectly and gave a more relaxed feeling, not having everyone sit directly around the table for our meetings.CraftWork was very accommodating, allowing me to come a day early to check out the location and leave drinks in their fridge for lunch the next day. They also graciously let us use their outdoor patio area for lunch even while they had a group in the Urban workspace. Our entire team marveled at the co-working space CraftWork has created and really enjoyed their time there! My experience with CraftWork from beginning to end was fantastic. Thank you, Kayla!

2023-09-14 00:48:11I had a wonderfully productive day at CraftWork and wanted to share what made it so productive. Theres no doubt that CraftWork is beautiful and well equipped and that Kayla, the community manager, is delightful - but in addition, it was especially good for me to work around other people instead of working from home alone, and heres why...1) When I work from home, my work can seem overwhelming but at CraftWork, I felt like we were all in it together - all working independently while together - and it made it easier to tackle the projects.2) Seeing other people coming in and out or walking around reminded me to get up and take some short breaks, which we all know is better for your productivity in the end but hard to make yourself do when youre working alone.3) Being in the shopping center made it easy to feel like I could have a good change of pace that wasnt just me switching between work chores and home chores.Overall, it was a far more productive day and far less stressful than just being with myself and my workload all day. Thanks CraftWork!

2023-05-03 16:57:15I am so grateful for CraftWork! With an IT outage at my home office, I was able to quickly get back online and back to work at CraftWork. I loved the modern-professional vibe! Clean quiet workspace for me in shared space as well as private booth for my zoom meeting. So versatile, I look forward to coming back!
