Ive known MPC brothers since 2006, Tom and Sang built me a laptop that got me through my Bachelors in Nursing in 2008. Until now I am still using the laptop. I had to come by this weekend because my little brothers MAC book was not turning on. So Tom is in process of fixing it. I trust MPC outlet because they never failed me. And they have an awesome customer service. They build this good relationship with the customers that makes them keep coming back. Since my laptop is too slow and beat up. Tom hooked me up with an HP 2020 intel Core8th Gen laptop.This is currently what I am using to type this review lol. It only took 24 hrs to transfer entire data from my old computer I used when I was in Nursing school. Tom at MPC is reliable, dependable, and provides high quality service. Thanks Again Tom, this computer is too fast too furious for me ;]]]

I took twice my ps4 console to this place Easy Computer Solution located on Chula Vista area. Paid too much,($119.61) and for (Mandy) or them NOT fixing it correctly!? it was worst!?they took the console apart, and damaged the systems, and database! bunch of ripped offs!? I dont recommend anyone to this place at all.?They never fixed it, and they took way too long to get it repaired. I had to called them to see if they were done. Excuses they had. So I picked up the ps4 and lefted. I rate this place zero stars. I highly never recommend this place to anyone whom is searching to fixed there ps4. Bad ? bad ? services ?

Gerardo is the definition of great customer service! I have now fixed two computers that were on the verge of dying with Eazy Computer Repair. He is communicative, keeps you updated as he diagnoses the issue, and makes you aware of the cost and timeline. He is fast! Both computers were fixed in under a week.One of our computers was an old Mac that needed more specialized review. Thanks to Gerardo’s friends at Sanchez Computer Technologies (who specializes in Macs) we were able to get everything fixed.Would recommend to anyone in the Chula Vista/ San Diego area who wants a reliable, fast, and trustworthy computer repair technician.

Great customer service! The owner is honest and has integrity. I wasnt sure which computer repair service I should go to but I am so glad I went with the reviews. On February 15, I called Elite Computers and described my issue with my 2013 iMac (screen non-functional). Joe, who took my call, was very kind and patient as he answered my questions and reassured me that he and the Elite Computers team would take a look at it. I brought in my computer that evening and Joe was there to go over the computer carefully and process the work order. I appreciated the preliminary diagnosis and solutions that Joe had about my computer (possible video card issue) and was clear and honest that if it were the video card that it would be an expensive fix.The next day, I received a call from Joe that unfortunately, my screen issue was not related to the video card--the screen was damaged due to someone possibly having hit it. Again, I appreciated the honesty from Joe that repairing the screen was not worth the cost, as my iMac was already old. I mentioned to Joe that I had a second Apple monitor at home, and if it would be possible to somehow connect it to the iMac and I could use that monitor as a back-up. Joe was again very patient and willing to have me bring in my second monitor and said they would give it a try.That evening, Joe and Elites store manager, Nathan, spent time with me and my husband trying to figure out a way to get my back-up monitor to work after being connected to my iMac. This was a tedious task, since my iMac screen wasnt working properly and it was hard to make out anything legible on the screen. Despite being busy and having to juggle other customers, Nathan still managed to help me work out a way to get my back-up monitor to work. What a relief! I know most other tech places would have just written this job off as a waste of time. Both Nathan and Joe were aware that I was not ready to let this computer go, as I did not want to have to spend thousands of dollars on a new one. So the quality of customer service that was shown to me meant a lot, personally. They did not even charge me for their time, even though I insisted on paying.Elite Computers is a class act, from the quality of their work to their customer service, both on the phone and in person. I am grateful for Joe and Nathan, for their patience with me and for their professionalism, expertise and honesty. I will be a returning customer for sue, when the need arises. In the meantime, I will highly recommend Elite Computers as the place to go to for any issues or repairs needed for all computers or devices. This is one repair business that you can trust.Thanks again for all the help and advice, Nathan and Joe!

It’s Saturday afternoon. My daughter’s notebook computer screen is flickering and she needs it as soon as possible for her to do her homework. I look up computer repairs available now and “Javier’s” is open, rated highly, and I call and Javier answers. I drop it off and within an hour or two, I get a text that the computer is ready!! Reasonable price, professional service, and timely repair. It’s still Saturday afternoon and I am happy to write this review. I appreciate the great experience and my daughter gets to do her homework:-). Thank you!
