This is a small business where theyll quickly get to know you. The hours posted on the door may be incorrect. Generally theyre open mid-afternoon to early evening. Call ahead if you plan on showing up just before closing.My overall experience was good. They worked with my around my schedule and clearly explained/showed me what the issues were. There was no attempt to sell me something I didnt need. Josue was also responsive to emails/texts.I came to JCH and they were able to diagnose my laptop on the spot. I took my laptop back for a few days until a new battery arrived. It took about two hours to have the actual work done, which meant I wasnt without my computer very long. Incidentally, a few days later, the computer wouldnt start. I came back and Josue was able to diagnose the issue overnight (dirty internal wire) and cleaned it up without charge.Also, FYI... they do not accept credit cards.

Josue has a great selection of refurbished laptops. I bought a 3-4 year old Dell Inspiron touchscreen and its working great so far. And I felt good having a 30 day warranty. Thanks!

Decent prices for computers with a lil warranty, a better choice than offers up. If youre looking for a used computer
