Based on the results, they will suggest a solution that will repair your computer. If necessary, they will provide you with economical alternative solutions and, as a definite plus, they have a ready inventory of replacements, including refurbished computers, parts and peripherals.Their level of expertise is unquestioned. Elite Computers staff were so kind and helpful with a screen issue on my 7 yr old laptop. What I hoped was just a loose cable ended up needing a full screen replacement plus they discovered a bulging battery. The team was honest with me about the cost and feasibility of repair and recommended replacement instead. and since it couldn’t be repaired, there was no fee for the diagnosis.

My sons gaming computer was not able to download Fortnite so I brought it to Elite Computers, and they were incredibly helpful. When they analyzed the situation, they showed me that there was actually a second hard drive already in the computer that we were not using so we were able to download the game on that hard drive, which was a great solution. The experience was friendly as well and they even cleaned the dust out of the computer while we were there. We are certainly going to be loyal customers and I am happy to recommend this place for sure. Andres, Nathan, and Joe are all great.

I cannot say enough good things about Elite Computers. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon with a gaming PC that I had limited knowledge about that was having a WiFi connection issue. I had already tried calling Cox and Geek Squad twice and had no luck. Elite fixed my problem in 5 minutes! The customer service and knowledge was incredible. They didnt try to oversell me and fixed my problem. They also gave me advice on maintenance and things to think about in the future. I loved the candor and consideration for my time and money. I highly recommend Elite Computers with anyone with a PC. You wont be disappointed!

I visited Elite Computers today as Im building my first PC and was pretty lost when it came to all the cables and where they went. Nathan was extremely helpful. He showed me where my cables go, taught me more about the parts I already have and possible upgrades I could do in the future. He didnt try to upsell me, he simply wanted to educate me more on my project and I am so thankful for that. When I need to eventually upgrade my cpu cooler, Ill be visiting Elite Computers again. Hands down the best customer service Ive experienced in a long time.

I recently upgraded a new computer to meet graphical and processing demands that had exceeded my previous computers abilities. Elite Computers and their team worked closely with me to meet or exceed my needs of operation, retention of all my files, and all operating programs by a process called cloning. This was a first time use of their talents and I couldnt have been more impressed or satisfied by the results. The pricing was more than fair, the work done was impeccable, feed back and followup at each stage to keep me informed was a very satisfying experience. The results? Stellar. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely.
