I had the privilege of speaking to Chris month and half ago. From the start, he was extremely helpful with not only with step by step explanation but his knowledge is second to none.He replaced a keyboard from a cpu I had. Very very curtious and professional. Took my laptop in for some repairs and recieved amazing service. He was super helpful, informative and very invested in finding the right solution for my laptop. He was unable to resolve my laptops hardware issue but recommended me to the right people. He continued to remain in communication and was actively looking into the root cause of my laptops issue even after he hadprovided me with a data backing service. My 7-year-old gaming computer was having some major issues, over the years I had always been able to pinpoint problems on my own but this time the issue was eluding me. I called and spoke to Chris and he was very knowledgeable and patient over the phone. He had no problem speaking to me at great length of what might be going on with the PC, answering any questions I had and explaining possible steps we could take to fix it. One of the reasons why I chose not to go with a bigger store front PC repair shop was that in the past I noticed that after multiple problems start to surface, they are quick to try to sell you expensive replacement parts instead of solving the issue. This was not the case with Chris. He kept me informed of the progress every step of the way and was determined to get my PC back up and running which, he did. He works quick. I took my PC to him in the evening and I was able to pick it up the next morning. His prices are very reasonable and he is able to work with you on them so that you aren’t paying for anything you don’t need. I’m impressed at how my PC is now running and would recommend him to anyone who needs a fix.

This guy really took the time to explain the issues and what to do and what not to do. Very reasonable very affordable. I have an 11 year old laptop that I was having trouble with and I first took it to best buy to fix and they refused to work on it because it is to old. We googled for laptop repair and 3 different businesses popped up. The only person that responded was Chris within minutes. I explained my situation and he immediately told me the problem. Next day at noon I met up with him and left my laptop. He programmed it to make it safe for a child to work on it also removed a flickering problem it had when it was first starting up. My 2nd laptop that i had just purchased he programmed and added a virus protector. Im very pleased with how much this young man knows about technology. Thank you Chris I will definitely refer you to anyone needing help with computers. Thank you also for finishing the job on the same day.

Chris definitely knows all about computers. I called him about my Sony Vaio PC and already helped me out a lot over the phone with some preliminary diagnostics even before I went to go see him. He gave me a lot of information over the phone, since I asked a lot of questions, thinking I already knew what I was doing. I ended up, however, taking it to Chris anyway after giving up on my end. I met with him and he made me feel at ease and confident he will get my computer back up and running. After working diligently on it, I got it back right away in full operation, fully updated, with a new hard drive, and functioning back like new. He did an amazing job and I wont hesitate recommending him to my friends and family for their computer repair needs. Thanks Chris! You are awesome!

Im very satisfied with this place and highly recommend it to anyone who needs to get their computers repaired. Chirs is very knowledgeable about his stuff that he told me a lot of stuff about computers that I didnt know about and gave me some good advice on how to take care of my laptop very well. I took him my 2007 laptop and he fixed it pretty good that its running almost like brand new, considering that its a very old laptop. And the prices are reasonable. Again, I highly recommend Chris.

Found Chris on the internet, he was responsive to my inquiries regarding the transfer of old photos from an old computer drive and transferred them to a new portable drive, even though some had been deleted. Took my laptop to be repaired. Technical knowledge was far above any other i have dealt with. Knowledge of all the quirky problems was very high. I waited while the work was done and at the end i have a new computer. I was equally surprised by the price. I paid 1/3 of what other places charge. Very satisfied with the work done and will return if ever needed in the future. I highly recommend this shop.

The software technicians at Nemesis Customized Computer Repair have 25 years of experience in IT consulting and repair. They are professional, savvy and perform for reasonable compensation. I brought my troubled laptop to Chris out of sheer desperation to fix what I thought were simple technical issues that would take, at most, 1/2 hour to handle. Being uneducated in Windows 10, my computers operating system, it was a revelation to learn that, in fact, the condition of my 3-year-old laptop was nothing short of dire. Man what a great experience! From the first call he spent a hour with me explaining how my pc works and how he can fix it! So the next day i dropped off my pc and was done the same day ! The same day it was amazing! And even after he fixed it i had a problem called him said he has the piece and boom pc up and running!
