Giving this place a 5 star rating because Gerardo was extremely helpful. He walked through the process and made sure the customers were understanding and were involved in learning the process. He understands the concerns of people and makes sure you are getting the best service you can. I was able to get my laptop screen fixed in one day! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs repairs.

Gerardo is truly a magician blessed with many skills, experiences, and encouraging words. My gaming laptop wouldnt turn on even when it was charging, and all Gerardo did was pop the laptop open, process eliminated, and did trial and error. Not only was i able to witness it right before my eyes, he even showed me some cool videos on his tv which educated me a bit with computer knowledge. He also is very patient and professional, something that most of the shops or stores ive visited prior to him did not really possess but im glad to have gerardo as my guy to fix my problem. And the price is better than most services!

Called up Gerardo at around noon for an OS install onto a new m.2 NVME SSD (Samsung 980 Pro) and he was able to see me within 10 minutes after me calling him! Gerardo was super knowledgeable, explained everything he did in detail, and even allowed me to watch everything he was doing in regards to installing the new drive into my PC and installing Windows 11. He even upgraded me from Home to Pro for free! Highly recommend for anyone looking for any PC repair or service! 10/10!!!

My laptop needed its battery changed. A simple task that would have been done in about 20 minutes, but because of a circumstance beyond his control, it took much longer. Fantastic service. For 40 dollars he diagnosed a power problem with my computer. Got it turned back on, and took the extra step of opening it up and did a thorough cleaning. I use it for my CNC so there was basically a whole board of dust in all the electronics. Will definitely be back.

Very knowledgeable, unfortunately we could not fix it just because one of my pieces was faulty but he explained everything in detail. Very nice guy and great price for the diagnostic, most places charge an arm and a leg for a diagnostic. I recommend anyone to him if you don’t know much about computers. He will not rip you off like most places, I don’t recommend anyone else as they might take advantage of you .

If you are having issues with your laptop/computers you have to call this place. Don’t go anywhere else unless of course, your device is still under warranty. My laptop was completely dead, didn’t turn on at all. I was worried that all my data was gone so I called Eazy Computer Repairs and Gerardo, the owner, retrieved everything that was stored in the hard drive in a matter of minutes, same day, no waiting time. Not only that, the customer service was outstanding, very knowledgeable, affordable and trustworthy. I highly recommend it.

I have tried everything to make it work, read forums, Reddit and such for solutions but I just can’t get a solid answer that can help me fix with my pc problems. You go to a big corporation like geeksquad and you get overcharged, go to a personal business person most just google what to do, but not Gerardo he has the best of both worlds! I had an old desktop computer which I needed to recover/transfer the data from. I exhausted my capabilities and reached out to Gerardo. He responded quickly and set up an appointment. He was able to help me recover my data and transfer it to an external hard drive. He was also able to diagnose the issue with the desktop. He was very knowledgable and experienced. I’ve spent weeks trying to fix my gaming laptop with no success. I actually believe I made it worse. Gerry was able to fix it the same day! My laptop was overheating and wouldn’t turn on. He diagnosed it so fast and got to work. He opened it up and cleaned it and even exchanged my CPU right then and there. My laptop has never run faster. He even offered to add more RAM to give my computer more space. My power cord was also not working properly and he took the time to find me the right one, show it to me, and order it. I had been searching for a computer repair business to fix my laptop in both Los Angeles and now in the San Deigo area (recently moved) and I am so thankful that I found Eazy Computer Repair. I accidentally dropped my laptop and the back bezel cracked open. Other businesses quoted me hundreds to fix it, but not Gerardo! He was very knowledgeable, honest, and kind when reviewing the damage to my laptop. Cool calm and collective with striking professionalism. I wasnt surprised that towards the middle or our conversation feeling comfortable enough to ask . Hey Sir, did you serve? Of course Veterans this neat, detail oriented just stand out. The types that move swiftly and calling out every execution or action to include you and keep you filled in on exactly whats going on. Basically this guy rocks and it doesnt hurt the place is nice and neat. Hes coovid aware he very clearly and openly gave me a chair to sit on and a fresh bottled water that was strategically placed jn a clear fridge 😀 . Not only was I comfortable but he literally is better and more knowledgeable than geek squad. Not surprised to find out hes over quailified and an 8th of the price of best buy and 3 other home techs I tried before finding this guy. Amazing 👏 so happy to have my computer fixed that i was told would never be functioning again!
