I walked in looking for “America’s Discount Tire”, obviously went to the wrong tire center but I wasn’t aware they were separate entities…but now I know! So, after the staff told me that they are two different companies, they never once asked me what I needed or if they could be of service, they simply said we’re not “America’s Discount Tire…” and they went back to staring at their computer/register. I walked in because I needed to repair a flat tire!! They let me and my money walk right out the door! I guess they didn’t need my little old $24.99 to repair my tire.

Im really not happy with this place at all. I placed an order through GrubHub 3 days ago and the food that was delivered to me was wrong. I had ordered the Chicken Breast Tenders (5) and they sent me a 10oz chicken breast. I called to report the error and was told that all the drivers had left for the night, so they couldnt replace my food. However, I was told that there would be a $10 credit put on my account. I called today to place another order and when I said that I should have a credit on there I was told that there was nothing noted in the computer. The young man that I spoke with did tell me that he would go ahead and give me the discount though. About 5 minutes later I received a call from a rude woman that I assume was a manager. She said where she was calling from and said, What story did you tell my employee? I ran through everything again with her. She informed me that she would only give me $6 off this order and would put the other $4 on my account for the next order. I questioned why she wouldnt just give me the entire $10 and she said that if she gave me $10 off then it would put my order under the required delivery amount. She told me that she wouldnt be able to send her driver out for that amount. Not only was I not happy about that, but she was quite rude and had no customer service skills.Riddle me this: If I place an order that totals $15 which is over their minimum delivery order of $10 and I have them use my $10 credit that they owe me, then how is it my problem that it drops the amount to $5???? That is on them and they should still honor it. I wasnt told that I was going to get a $10 credit that could only be used if I spent over $20. This is complete BS. What on earth makes her think that after being treated like crap that I will want to place a 3rd order to get the remaining $4 that they owe me?The food (when I got the correct items) wasnt horrible, but it wasnt really great either. Definitely NOT worth all the crap I have gone through and dealing with a rude manager calling me.
