No one enjoys having car problems, but the personnel at this Caliber Collision shop were exceptional in making the process easier. The repairs were done quickly and I got the car back before it was promised. My car looked better and cleaner than the day I bought it.Caliber Collision takes great pride in serving its customers.A shout out to Garrett and Lindsay for their friendly support.

My car was new, 2024 Kia Soul, only had it a couple weeks, backed into the edge of a brick wall, took out a safety feature, car needed repair. Insurance company sent me to Caliber Collision. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Transport between rental company and Caliber Collision was seamless. They kept me updated thru text messages. I loved that! My car came out perfect! Brand new!! I’m very happy with the work done!

The manager Anthony was super helpful today. A couple months back they fixed my car very nicely. But recently with the rains I had a concern. So I brought my car in this morning, explained my concerns and Anthony looked into it on the spot in the parking lot. He took some stuff apart and and made my concerns disappear. Great guy and great shop.

Car goes to their shop on April 9th with the idea of it being ready in 2 weeks. At first their communications was good. Committing to dates of when it would be ready. Those dates would come and go. Soon there was no communications. I called and was told that their painter was out, but they felt our car could be ready in 3 or 4 days. Now we are into 3 weeks of having it at their shop. The following week no communications at all. I called again only to have to leave a message for our service guy to call me back. He never calls me, the customer back. Long story short, we get our car back on May 10th. The car looks good thus the 3 star rating. Customer service was a 0 star rating.Manager contacted me recently and was very apologetic.

How nice to find an auto body repair shop that not only does excellent auto body repairs in an extremely timely fashion, but also provides outstanding customer service. I was given daily updates on the repairs and upon picking the vehicle up was stunned at the quality of repair work, as well as the fact that the vehicle was detailed inside and out. This was an extremely pleasant experience. Well deserving of 5 stars. You would be hard pressed to find a better auto body repair shop anywhere. Outstanding!!

Caliber Collision personnel were friendly, efficient and did an excellent job on my car. The only suggestion I have is to get a “Shop Cat” that would hang around the office/property and be available to pet. There are plenty of cats in shelters who’d love to be adopted.

We had a great experience with Caliber. I’ve never had to use my car insurance (so thankful!) and when a deer unexpectedly jumped out in front of my son’s car, it was unfortunately unavoidable and did some damage. Caliber was a choice from my insurance and I’m so glad we chose them! They kept me well-informed throughout the entire process and our car was finished earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend Caliber for your vehicle repairs!

Took my car for an estimate since they work with my insurance and had to get them to look at my bumper. Place was convenient to were I stay, exterior is clean and well kept, the lobby itself is small but who is going to be there all day, its clean, organize. The receptionist was welcoming and got me help right away, I had walk in with an appointment though. I was help by Edgar Soy I believe, real cool dude, courteous, informative and had a good welcoming vibe to him. Definitely check them out, no complaints here.

I have gone to CC twice after two different accidents. Both times I was treated professionally and politely. My repairs were done promptly and I was notified speedily of any changes or updates. Caliber Collision did a great job replacing my rear bumper after an accident. They were in close contact with my insurance and had all necessary information from them when I dropped off the car. I also really appreciated their help in contacting Enterprise, with whom they work closely, to arrange for Enterprise to pick me up. While my car was with Caliber Collision I received regular texts updating me on the repair status. The repair was also completed ahead of the original estimated time of 5-7 days, which was great. In addition, my car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. That was a nice added touch. Lastly, I was offered the convenience of being able to drop off the rental car there at Caliber Collision instead of at Enterprise and have to be driven back to Caliber. That was very customer friendly! The staff is also very professional and friendly. I spoke with Garrett and Rosie and they were both very nice, personable and helpful. Im very pleased with my experience there!

These guys know what great customer care and service truly is. The price to get my front bumper fixed was way more than reasonable and the time it took them to get the parts and paint was extremely fast. I just picked up my car and it was only in the shop for 3 days! The work quality is fantastic. The staff there are all very friendly people. Justin greeted me when I went in the first time and got everything all set and taken care of very quickly on an estimate. Im extremely impressed and highly recommend this place.

I dont do many reviews because it is very difficult to gain my respect and satisfaction. I have been bringing my vehicles to Caliber Collision for over 5 years and they have always done an outstanding job. The quality of workmanship is second to none and the attention to detail is superb. If you need any type of body work or paint for your vehicle, dont waste your time with any other body shop in SCV, go to Caliber Collision. The best part is their customer service, the main reason I keep going back to Caliber is Garrett Buckley, he is the best service advisor and he always takes care of everything. Garrett is very personable and he ensures that every time I take my vehicle to Caliber they do an amazing job and that I am always completely satisfied with the end result. The shop manager Anthony Trejo is also a very nice person to deal with, overall the entire staff at Caliber is awesome. I am so happy to have this body shop in SCV. Please give them a try before you go anywhere else.

Unbelievable. If I tell you what happened today….you will be skeptical. You will think surely I know someone at this bodyshop or that something mutual ushered the amazing level of service I was given. However, I never visited this bodyshop or knew anyone before and technically not after. However, one thing is certain…. Caliber Collision on Sierra Hwy is the only place you can trust.Here’s the backstory-I was driving on my way to get my rear windshield wiper corrected because the body shop that fixed it after my accident somehow screwed up the direction of the wiper…Long story short…after a few wrong stops thinking I found it I landed at Caliber Collision.Something inside me said just ask if they can fix it? After all it was something so minor which is why I was so annoyed by the individual I worked with before.So I asked and an absolutely delightful gentleman by the name of Anthony Trejo!!!!!! The General Manager… stepped forward and was ready to help. The entire 1-2 minutes it took him to fix my problem I was struck with shock. Thats all it took? And think about it would you? Anthony had nothing to gain by helping me.- i was a random guy off the street…..and he had stacks of files on his desk but he saw someone in need and took it upon himself. What a gentleman! What a great asset to Canyon Country. I was really satisfied with this location on Sierra hey compared to a previous location for a car I no longer have. My insurance covered this company so I gave it a second chance. I was highly satisfied with the end result. The shop kept in contact with me of any updates and adjustments. I was basically worry free for the entire process. During these COVID times I was patient with the process because of part deliveries and the abundance of cars they are working on at the shop. Thank you Garett and everyone at Sierra hey Calliber!

Horrible service. Garret wrote up a claim all wrong and I got denied service. I pay all these years for coverage and I need to use it one time because someone backed in to at Home Depot and left the scene and Garret tells State Farm something doesnt add up. He also had a claim already approved to fix my door from wind damage and didnt even do that. They had my work truck for 8 days and I rented a work truck on my own dime and they give me back my truck untouched. Thanks for nothing. Incompetence at the finest level. I will never take anything there and let everyone know not to use them.

Called to see if I could bring my rear ended vehicle in for an estimate (cosmetic+likely x, y, z once torn down) and to gauge repair time. Lindsay answered the phone and turned me away saying they would not give me a quote without being made the assigned shop through insurance. Her like, um and lack of knowledge is turning away valuable business. Asked for a manager and spoke with Garrett who said I could come in for a quote but that once they tore it down he could not promise there would be more work (I am aware of this). Hope the owner trains Lindsay or gets someone else to answer the phones. Unsure if we will choose this shop due to poor initial experience.

This facility is an automotive collision repair business. I was recently involved in a traffic collision and needed repair to the rear bumper assembly. While I expected a mere patch- up, I received a new bumper assembly. I was concerned with possible damage to the exhaust system, and voiced my concern with the Service Advisor (Dustin Huff). Not only did he inspect the exhaust system, but he had the vehicle sent out for a second opinion at a facility that specializes in vehicle exhaust systems. Mr. Huff was very professional, courteous, friendly and with a positive attitude. I would highly recommend this facility for you automotive collision repair needs.

Gravel truck tossed a rock at our hood, so found Caliber and wanted to see what the repair would cost. Plus - open till 5:30! Minus - Arrived at 4:45 and was told “we’re busy, no one available to look at your truck” even though there were 2 guys staring at computer screens behind the receptionist and other employees walking around. Great experience!! I recently was rear-ended in my new car and was in need of a body shop. My go-to place has always been Shiros in Chatsworth however, This time I needed a place close to home. I had used Caliber Collision in the past and they did great body work but the customer service was a bit lacking when I noticed a problem and returned. I am very happy to report that I received A+ service this time. I worked with Dustin and he really went out of his way to make sure everything was to my liking. Silverado front bumper replaced and painted/color matched. Dent removed from right side of truck bed and color match/repaint. Truck was repainted/repaired on time. We called several places and this was the only one that was attentive enough to squeeze us in and not only did they gave us a ball park and the information we needed over the phone but they took excellent care of us when we got there. This body shop has TERRIBLE customer service. You are completely left in the dark while this shop has its way with you. Please, please check out all the reviews on Yelp before taking your car here! The only reason I gave it two stars is because they do answer their phone when you call. They have nothing to tell you when you call... but at least they answer.
