Amazing customer service. Always answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety since this is not something I was used to having to take care of. I have been coming to Maria for 6 years now and I could not imagine feeling as safe and confident anywhere else. Not only does she take care of my taxes but answers questions throughout the year. I can call and ask for advice regarding how certain things will affect my taxes at any time. I strongly recommend this office.

I have been a client with H & R Block since I was sixteen years old. I have filed in CT, FL, NC, and CA, but I always filed with different people. When I moved to Santa Clarita five years ago, we filed with Christine Garcia. Not only has Christine contacted us each year to guide us through our taxes, but she remembers everything about our family. She has made our visits like a yearly family event. We appreciate her attention to our taxes and our family. She makes it feel like H & R Block is not just the tax place but also family.

Buyer Beware - Do Not go Here!! If I could leave a Zero, I would. Vida Shahidi was our tax preparer. On kind of her incompetence, $2,200 was deducted from our taxes. Supervisor Rosa, whom I spoke with is just as incompetent.I could have went across the street to Liberty Tax and got charged $100, Instead, H&R Block charged me $315 for Nothing.Will Never use H&R Block ever again.

Everything was explained to me.The price makes me wonder if I can get a better price using Turbo Tax. I provide all the information. However, I get frustrated using computers. H &R was cheaper for me this year than last though. Makes me wonder why and how they come up with the price.
