I’ve tried calling the store, But when i get through to an employee.. he hangs up on me while I’m asking my question . I’ve called 4 times and he’s done it all 4 times.I can MAYBE understand if i was being rude but i literally just have a quick question that requires a QUICK answer ..

Not enough cash registers are open the times Ive gone. Employees are nice, and there is plenty of parking outside.

Nice little store, they have a little bit of everything. Decent prices and somedays have really good deals on certain items . Clearance section is always full and have plenty of options.

Decent selection of items. The store has been there a while and isnt super clean. If you dont care for teenagers, dont go here around the time they get out of school lol

This store has everything from items always being in stock to customer service. Leo the manager is outstanding and there to help! Staff goes out of there way to accommodate your needs. Thank you for all your help with our gazebo purchase.

Find the cutest and most appealing holiday decorations in town. Neat and orderly store with an abundance of products. A little more in price than some discount stores. But as the old saying goes, You get what you payfor.

I was just at the store today (8/28/22). There was a big line and only one register was opened, so I asked if they could open another register. And this worker who was just standing next to one of registers said, “No, we are not!” And then, she just walked away. When is was finally my time to pay, I asked if that was the store manager and was told she was not, and her name is Karen. Just simply rude.

I love coming to this store and customer service never fails here as long as the store manager is present. She is always willing to assist you, very friendly, and will answer any questions that you may have. Ive always came into this store and left feeling content. the store is quite small, but its very organized and managed. kid robot toys seriously tempts you into buying more than you came in wanting, but it is well worth it and well worth the one hour drive.

Great place to pick up private label products posing as cheap brands. I have found very nice cosmetics here that are high quality.Big Lots has come a long way from even 10 years ago. Currently they are offering 20% off your entire purchase until tomorrow. The stores in affluent areas have even better products.

Very friendly staff, prices lower than regular stores and items are not bad of a quality. I mean you get what you pay for so dont cheap out. They have great items and I am a consistent shopper there. They have a good return policy in items. Friendly staff, clean store, a lot of options and easy to find items. Overall I would suggest trying out their product before spending big other places
