Excellent service and competitive prices, came to replace my tires and they did an excellent job. Aram was very informative and knowledgeable about the quality of the tires I chose, they did the installation, allignent and the rotation is also included for the life on the tires for free. Update: Since below, I’ve had multiple tire repairs done here on a different car, and recently got 4 new tires on my latest car. Always great!—Called for a quote on 4 new tires, and spoke with Alex, the assistant manager, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to quickly and easily get me a quote. I was pleasantly surprised at the price, and realized that I had paid too much elsewhere in the past! Alex ordered the tires, and they arrived the next morning, so he promptly called to let me know that they were in. I wasn’t able to go until a few days later, but went first thing in the morning when they opened at 9a.m. on Saturday, and they got my car back to me in less than two hours, which included removing my old tires, mounting the new ones, and performing an alignment. They even shined the tires, which was a nice touch, especially since I had just washed my car the day before! I don’t think I’ve ever had a place do that before. Sometimes, it’s the little things. I will absolutely be returning the next time I need tires.

I had an excellent time at this place; the staff was incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to fulfill my requirements. When I had two flat tires, they took the time to explain the cause and the necessary steps to address the issue. Aram and the crew at DTSC worked with me and my warranty company over a several week period. They were the only shop out of 5 that I called that could balance 21 wheels and they have the Hunter Road force Balancer machine that can get the bare wheel runout totals. Their machine also balances wheels more precisely than other shops. Another shop I went to, didnt catch the fact that I had 2 bent wheels, but DTSC found one severely and another that was moderate, causing vibration on the freeway. Aram went out of his way to take videos and pictures for proof of the bent wheels and email it to my warranty company which resulted in getting a new $1,500 Audi wheel 100% covered. They ordered the wheel for me from the dealership and had my car taken good care of. The car drives amazing now and is more quiet on the freeway than it ever has been, even than before I hit the pot hole.

My husband took his car here to get an alignment. At first he couldnt get it as there were other issues that needed to be addressed. Got a quote and it was a great one actually. Took our car back and got it fixed in a couple of hours. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back in the future.

The absolute best in the business. You will not get better service anywhere else. Alex is the manager and runs the shop like a well oiled machine. He is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met in the industry. It doesn’t matter what type of car I bring him, he always knows exactly how to take care of it quickly and without breaking the bank. Alex can’t take all the credit though, the staff are the nicest, most hard working experts I have ever met and I trust any one of them with my cars because they treat them as if they were their own every time. The attention to detail is unmatched. Not only that, but Alex and his staff has helped me out in multiple emergency cases, fitting me in quickly to save a vacation. I will always continue to bring all my cars to Alex for anything besides a car wash.

They would not honor the warranty when my tire went flat 2 months after purchase. 4 other Discount Tire Centers had no problem honoring the warranty, but were full that day, this place wasnt busy, but refused to honor and replace my tire for unclear reasons.

The team here seems pretty excellent.My wife and I bring both our cars here for regular oil changes and tire rotations. They have a full mechanic shop, so they can do most services which is an added convenience.As these franchise/corporate places go, this one isnt too bad - kinda good even.Dont expect them to ever honor any kind of deal you see on a Discount Tire website though... that gets super frustrating. You get signed up to there newsletter, your email gets bombed with coupons, you call to set the appointment up, and then they tell you theyre never affiliated with the coupons. Small annoyance but still annoying... but definitely not the staffs fault.

The employees here are so professional and knowledgeable. I had my brakes serviced and I had to bring it back again. But it wasnt due to any fault on the company. But they were so accommodating and made sure that was completely satisfied before I left.I would HIGHLY reccommend this place for just about all your car needs. Ladies they are very trustworthy (men as well) but I referenced the ladies because a lot of the time we may not know the repair shop jargan as well as men. They explain everything to you.

Discount Tires is the ONLY place I go to for my car repairs and tires for the last 6 years. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The manager takes great care of his customers and the prices are always low and fair. They are quick but thorough. I certainly did not expect a Tire Center to restore my faith in humanity, but thats what just happened. Alex and Aram were there when I showed up 10 minutes before closing with a blown out tire. I was on my way to an emergency and needed help immediately. They didnt have the exact match tire, so instead they found me a suitable substitute to get me safely along. They were fast, friendly, and excellent at what they do. I was on my way in no time. I was so grateful. I would recommend only THIS Discount Tire center for anything and everything tire related. Very friendly and helpful staff, they helped me decide the best tires for my vehicle and gave me a very fair price. I had all my tires changed and alignment checked and I was out the door in 45 minutes. Doesnt get much better than that.

These guys are so crooked. They sold me two $90 tires. I got the four for the price of two deal. The total bill was almost $500 for four of the buy two get two free $90 tires. Then they lied to me to sell unneeded parts. The service advisor told me that the rear suspension was out of alignment. In order to align the car I would need a rear suspension arm because the arm on my car was not adjustable and it would cost $300. I took the car to an honest shop and they told me that the rear arm was adjustable and the honest shop did the job for $99. Beware of the Discount Tire center.

I was truly blessed by my experience there. Was able to get four tires get my rotors replaced and the owner Aram was very helpful. He allowed me to find financing and get back on the road so that I can make money doing Uber! Truly an awesome place!

Ive been here a total of 3 times. The first time, I called all the local shops to find the best deal for my budget. I decided to go with Discount Tires because, well... They had the tire I needed at the moment. I HATE adulting and making calls, dealing with corporations, feeling pressured to make decisions on things I know nothing about. I walked in completely guarded. Everything changed because they actually want to help. I came back 2x this year because of how easy it is to get in and get out. No pressure. Nothing. Yes, suggestions will be made. At the end of the day, you make the choice. They try to make you feel welcomed and known. You are addressed by name. You are remembered. Try this place out if you need tire and/or car service. Everytime I have been there, every customer (including myself) has been happy.

I made a custom order to get all 4 tires replaced Thursday evening. Received a call back Friday afternoon that the tires arrived but due to my work schedule I set my appointment for first thing Saturday morning. The technician Javier showed me why my tires where balding from the side. I drove away with 4 new tires and information an how to fix the issue.

I walked in looking for “America’s Discount Tire”, obviously went to the wrong tire center but I wasn’t aware they were separate entities…but now I know! So, after the staff told me that they are two different companies, they never once asked me what I needed or if they could be of service, they simply said we’re not “America’s Discount Tire…” and they went back to staring at their computer/register. I walked in because I needed to repair a flat tire!! They let me and my money walk right out the door! I guess they didn’t need my little old $24.99 to repair my tire.

I was in the middle of a road trip from LA to Mojave when someone told me my wheel was wobbling on the freeway at 4:00pm. I got there around 30 minutes before the closed and these guys didnt even flinch, found the problem (wheel spacer) and went right to work, in the middle of a busy work load. I wish they were in LA because Id only do business with them. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went to this store early this year, I just wanted to use my lifetime wheel allignment coz its been awhile, but instead, they insisted to have my tires change, d manager reason, its been 3 years since I bought d tires, and Im putting my family @ risk I went to nearby costco, and according to them, my tires are in the right time frame, and they dont recommend to change it. I came back to discount tire, and told d manager what costco said to me, he was pssst and was hesitant to do my allignment, stated, I dont even know when you bought d God knows when lifetime wheel allignment . They did it anyway but they have to make me wait. This stores goal is to make you buy tires from them. CAPITALISM at its finest. Also they didnt want to fix my flat tire per their policy.
