Terrible experience.... If I could give a zero star I would. Im a existing customer who had internet, voice, and TV service through xfinity. I visited this store to inquire about moving two cell phones over to xfinity, from verizon. I asked the rep who helped us (at this location) if there were any rebates for adding an additional service (mobile). I was very clear about not downgrading our existing services. He told us that there was a bundle he could set up that would save us roughly $20 a month, which was essentially the same services as what we had, plus an additional discount for adding an additional service (mobile). Long story short we agreed to this assuming our services would remain the same. Mind you we got no paperwork what so ever outlining the services, just two sim cards and were told to finish the set up at home. I then come home and find that my land line is no longer working. I spend an hour with tech support via the xfinity app to find out this store rep did not set up the land line. Tech support activated the land line and told me it should be up and running in 60mins, after I restart my router. 60mins pass and no luck, still no land line. We call tech support and they inform us that our phone number was changed (a number that weve had for over a decade), which is completely unacceptable. We were told that we need to wait 72 hours (without a land line) to see if they can recover our original phone number, which they better do. On top of all of this I log into to my account (via the app) to find that our new bill will now be $391 a month (for just internet, voice, and TV) without mobile, which was previously only $240 a month. I then see that this rep set us up with a lower TV package (~70 less channels), slower internet @ 1200mbps (previously at 1500mbps) and managed to give us a new number for our landline, which he didnt activate. Oh, and he canceled our DVR service, so now we have minimal storage space for recordings. Apparently we now only have 20 hours of cloud storage space. This has been a total disaster and now Im going to need to take time out of my busy schedule and spend countless hours on the phone with support to try to get this resolved. I went to this store (which was much further away from my home than other locations) as I thought this location would be less crowded. This should have been a simple transaction, moving over two mobile phones. What a mistake this was. After this experience and ongoing nightmare Im about to drop xfinity all together and look elsewhere. Maybe the store rep should have paid more attention to getting this set up correctly as opposed to constantly looking over to check the scores on the basketball game that was playing in the background and maybe this all could have been avoided. What a joke.... Dont go to this store!!!!

Very nice shop with all of your needs for copying, envelopes, shipping and more. The manager was very kind and courteous to me to allow me to take some photos. I have used this location many times and I’m impressed with their very fast service and their attention to detail. A great resource if you don’t have a home office and you need to get important things done quickly and accurately. A must stop shop for all of your business needs.

The owner and the associate Maria are literally rude every time you go in with Amazon returns like you are lucky they are helping you. If you ask for assistance you are met with resistance and additional costs. Saratoga we can do better and deserve better service than this. I’m boycotting g this place of business until there is a new owner. The owner literally said to me “ that we don’t matter” when I suggested they hand kinder service. We won’t be back and hope each of you Saratogians can vote with your business too.
