Great leaders shine brightest in the darkest moments. While we sympathize with those affected by Covid-19, the leadership that Fortune Management has provided over the last few years has helped prepare us for this exact moment. Our practice was shut down for 6 weeks, and while practices around the country have thrown their hands up with thoughts of helplessness and despair, the team and coaches at Fortune Management responded immediately with a well thought out step-by-step, 90-day recovery plan to not only keep us moving forward, but to help propel us further and faster once we get back to work. From simple things like how to handle emergency patients, to complicated things like navigating the PPP loan, we have been massively productive throughout the shutdown and NEVER felt helpless and alone. In fact, we completed our first merger and acquisition during the break. In addition, the team culture weve created over the years with Fortunes leadership helped keep our team engaged, proactive, and exited to get back to work. I just want to thank all the wonderful people at fortune management for their tireless support during this COVID pandemic. They have been even more active supporting us with strategies, emotional and even PPE procurement. I have told many of my colleagues that are not clients what a blessing they have been to myself and my team!The team really appreciates all the effort and feels very comfortable and confident being back at work. This is day two back at the office, and all the patients are blown away with the preparedness, and the proactive approach we have taken to make all staff and patients truly safe and secure! I truly feel sorry for any practice, that did not have the support of fortune, I do not know if they could have made it through the ppp loans, staff certainty, PPP loans etc, without the help.A big thank you to all!

I have been with Fortune Practice Management since 2001 and have nothing but praises for them. They always have their clients’ best interests in mind and plays all out for the client doctors. They install systems to monitor practice health, they coach doctors and team members to get the most out of their practices and their lives. Bernie is a brilliant coach and I couldn’t imagine making any business decision without running thru him. I highly recommend them to any doctor who are looking for a practice management coach.

Is feel so fortunate that I was introduced to Fortune Management 3 years ago. I found them during a pivotal time of transition at my practice. Their guidance has been instrumental in my success. And now, after all our profession has gone through with the COVID-19 outbreak their leadership, guidance and mentoring has helped save my practice. I couldn’t imagine having gone through this without them. 5 stars is hardly enough, couldn’t recommend them more!
