I got my passport photo done here, mailed crucial documents, and do all of my Amazon returns here! The new staff are super helpful, kind, and courteous. Definitely my favorite UPS Store!

This is the best UPS store I have used. Every staff member is welcoming, cheerful, patient as you work through all the various steps to return or mail items.They are very dog friendly, even have a Dog Walk of Fame if every dog that comes to the store, always have dog treats, make time to greet (yes, they know many of our favorite pets by name) the dogs, and offer them treats.We take our dog on his favorite walk ti downtown Saratoga, he always goes ti the UPS Store because he knows that he gets treated royally there. He will wait outside the store for as long as 10 minutes even though the store is closed.The store is part of our community!!

The owner and the associate Maria are literally rude every time you go in with Amazon returns like you are lucky they are helping you. If you ask for assistance you are met with resistance and additional costs. Saratoga we can do better and deserve better service than this. I’m boycotting g this place of business until there is a new owner. The owner literally said to me “ that we don’t matter” when I suggested they hand kinder service. We won’t be back and hope each of you Saratogians can vote with your business too.

The new owner and his team are all a huge delight! I have a post mail box with this store and actually look forward to picking up my packages because everyone is so kind. The owner even remembers me by name and I can tell he cares a lot about his customers’ experiences and makes sure to hire folks who do also. Thank you everyone at this UPS store!

I have been a customer of the Saratoga UPS store for 22 years. I can honestly say this UPS store has drastically improved recently due to new ownership. Devin and his team are very responsive, make shipping and receiving packages easy and fast. They address every small detail and do it professionally and with a smile on their face. Devin knows what he is doing and has cleaned up the store and made it much more organized than I’ve ever seen it in my 22 years as a customer. If you are in need of shipping/receiving services I highly recommend visiting this store. You will be impressed.

This has been my to-go spot for all UPS shipping needs, photocopying and Amazon returns. I was happy to pop in here today and meet the new owner and his employee, who were both so attentive and knowledgeable. They were so friendly (not sure if I could say the same about the previous owner… 😬); def refreshing! Thank you!

This store has changed ownership recently. The service under the previous owner and team wax excellent. The quality of service is just as good now as then. Devin and his team are friendly, helpful and customer-focused. Highly recommend.

JUST GO TO ANOTHER UPS STORE - thank me later.So… the staffs are actually nice and helpful. Leading me to think this must be an owner / store policy issue, but the items I took to this UPS constantly got withheld in the store and did not get sent out within a reasonable amount of time. Here are a few examples:$65 “next-day” express priority shipping that has my election ballot, didn’t even leave the city NEXT DAY.$900 worth of equipment returning to Amazon didn’t leave the very store for 2 weeks! and when I called Amazon, they could not see where the item was, didn’t see the tracking number or their QR was scanned - Thank god I took pictures of everything and was able to show and found out that the item was still in store.🤦🏻‍♂️ I’m not getting paid enough (actually at all) to deal with all the stupid cost saving policies of this store at customers’ expense - are you?

I got charged $15 for using their computer to print a 20¢ label. Funny how NO other UPS store makes you pay that to print a label that’s ALREADY IN THEIR SYSTEM. Only come here if you want to get ROBBED.Reply to owner: $15 is NOT FREE. Your computer BLOCKED my services so you charged me for NOTHING. You also should have told me it would cost money to use it but you didn’t, I would have left and not had to write this review. No other UPS store has ever done anything like this. You could have even refunded me but you didn’t. I hate writing bad reviews but you forced this on me.

We desperately need another UPS store in downtown Saratoga. This one is getting on a lot of peoples nerve. The owner provided notary service but is not very careful with copying your names etc. on to the document.For simple stuff they handle it well. God forbid if you have an issue that needs their help to resolve. I cannot do that. is the standard answer. Wont even try.We desperately need another UPS store in downtown Saratoga.

I am so grateful that this store is here in our village, we use it for mailing packages, copy jobs and the notary. I also used to have a post office box here and was very happy with that service as well. The owner and workers are all very competent and friendly. I actually enjoy going into the store. Great small town service!

I ship packages everyday and this store in Saratoga, CA is my favorite. 2 ladies working here are very helpful and kind. If I have packages in my hand they open the door for me, they also try to help me with parking as well. I feel lucky to have this store close to my biz. Thank you!

This UPS store is centrally located on Big Basin in Saratoga! Exceptionally convenient for those of us in our small city and the surrounding areas. Tons of parking in the back....and a back entrance too. The store is clean, well stocked and open many hours during the day.The service is great! She is often busy, but everyone there works quickly so the wait times are always short. AND she is the most pleasant and helpful Notary in town. I highly recommend this UPS Store!

One confused employee told me I am supposed to pay $100 for packing if I use their labor or $48 if I pack by myself. I went to Los Gatos and they charged me $16 for the box. So, so unbelievable!

There used to be a wonderful lady that ran this store. Today I went in a different to get lady was at the desk. I had to cut open a package to check something before I sent it. She immediately told me she wouldnt give me 1 piece of tape to retape the box. That was their policy. So I had to either buy an entire roll of tape from her or go back home and come back. So I picked another choice. Leave and go to another store and never come back. I totally understand why the store wouldnt want to tape everyones boxes up but they need to use their judgement and decide this is a regular customer, she needs 1 piece of tape. Give it to her.

Owner is incredibly rude and practices deceitful business practices. We paid extra for a business mailbox for 2 families only to have the owner complain and then refuse to honor the offering that we paid a year in advance for. When we closed the mailbox since she wasnt honoring the original contract, she tried extorting us to collect the 2 packages that had recently arrived. There was an employee who worked there named Jessica who was very helpful. The owner, however is rude and greedy.

This is really the only place I ship from these days. I say this because the support is always above and beyond! For example, I just went to ship a return and the helpful staff notified me that the shipping address did not appear to be valid (saving me both time and money shipping an item that would have never reached its intended destination). 10/10 in my book

This store is owned by the same woman who owns the location on Winchester in San Jose, CA. The owner of this store has so little integrity I would advise to never use her services! I bought packaging from her and returned two phones to a previous cell phone carrier, the phone never arrived. After MUCH leg work on my end she finally admitted that her employee never checked the phones into the UPS system! She gave me a sworn notarized statement saying the missing package went missing at her store and was the fault of her employee. However, she refused to pay for the phones!!! Now I am stuck with a $986 bill from my cell phone provider despite having a sworn statement from her admitting fault. I guess she will admit fault but refuses to take responsibility!!!
