Highly recommend not use that store & that manager Fabian Martinez, that person rude & unprofessional, highly recommend don’t use that company & that store because that company overcharge my cc without any reason twice overcharged per month more than year, without any customer sign, only because have my cc on file!!! That unbelievable scam! Will report on BBB see you on small claims court! Fabian Martinez said we don’t provide any refund because we already charged!!! That crazy customer service

We’re moving. I needed the transfer service and also cancel service. We scheduled an appointment and arrived near our 30 min window. We were promptly checked in and Edgar helped us through the process. It was relatively quick and painless. He helped us with both tasks professionally and asked if we were interested in some mobile promotions as well. Still need to go home and reactivate the modem but so far so good. There was some great 5 star service provided ;).

They not only deceived us, but also left behind a series of negative impressions!Heres how it all happened:We came to their office, paid for the modem, they assured us that the network at our address was functioning flawlessly. However, upon returning home and installing the modem according to the instructions, we discovered that the network did not work.After contacting support through the mobile application, we received a call from a representative who began aggressively pushing us for services and plans that we did not need. Moreover, they offered to call a repairman for an absurd $100 dollars!We refused this “service” and stated that we intended to return the modem. In response, the operator became even more intrusive and offered to credit our account with $70 dollars so that we would not refuse their services, claiming that the technician would fix everything for free, since the problem was allegedly not in our apartment. We refused again.Then he said that after talking with the manager, they were ready to add another $30 dollars to fully cover the cost of calling a technician. Having agreed, we were still left with a feeling of deception.And here is the result: the master scheduled for Sunday morning at 7:30-8:30 am never arrived, and the promised $100 never appeared in our account. Having visited the office, we found out that there was no appointment and there were no funds in the account.**This is a complete scam!**There was no adequate response to our problem in the office. The company representative treated us with disdain, showing complete indifference to the situation. This behavior only confirms the unprofessionalism and dishonesty of this provider.**I strongly recommend avoiding any business with this company so as not to encounter such attitude and deception!**

I just needed to pick up my online order of a xFi gateway today but there wasone specific “specialist” kept reiterating I had to go through the whole process again with him, making claims that online orders are “usually fked up” without any proof of evidence.When I tried to approach him to clarify my situation, he started to calling me being disrespectful to other customers while still trying to make things unnecessarily complicated.Eventually Mariana stepped in and fetched my ordered equipment within 1 minute.Overall it was a bad experience but I would give 10/10 to Mariana.

This review should be 0 or - star. A guy identified himself as the store manager. His attitude was very bad, he refused to help us to resolve a brand new Xfinity phone issues ( moto 5g, we got from the store a few days earlier ) on 6/12/24. He claimed their employees are not supposed to help customers to resolve issues like we had, we are supposed to call Xfinity “customer service” for help. We are very happy to get out of Xfinity mobile plan.

Fabian was very helpful. Walked into the store was greeted and helped by Fabian. Was patient and very informative. He is the reason i signed up for internet and switching my phone line. Best service representative. Will come back!

TERRIBLE customer service. I went in Wednesday at 01/11/24 and I wanted to get a new phone. Apparently after being there for an hour and a half there system was “down” and than went in 01/12/24 and checked in, waited 20 or so minutes and they finally called my name and someone was already there getting help and he said to sit back down (than why did you call my name??) and than called my name again and said that it was gonna be a wait and if I needed water or anything? Like that makes no sense why call my name twice if I am not getting helped. I am going to be deactivating my plan and moving carriers this is ridiculous

I have had Xfinity/ Comcast more than a decade and for the most part there are no issues. I always come at this location late afternoon is the best time. Overall I have a good experience with customers service.

Not helpful at all. Was so very by the book and could not help me with issues where the phone support had helped me. I was told by support to go to the store and the store couldnt process my request. This experience made me determined to leave their Internet service the moment I get a chance. In the end, the phone support was helpful so I credit them for that.
