2023-04-08 01:02:45Very nice shop with all of your needs for copying, envelopes, shipping and more. The manager was very kind and courteous to me to allow me to take some photos. I have used this location many times and I’m impressed with their very fast service and their attention to detail. A great resource if you don’t have a home office and you need to get important things done quickly and accurately. A must stop shop for all of your business needs.

2023-12-26 00:12:46I recycled a box for shipping a new thing. That recycled box had a hazard label on it. I told them this label was from the old box, and the label didn’t apply to what’s inside. Without caring what’s actually in the box, they were like “we saw that label, so we can’t ship it. You can remove the label and ship it in another FedEx store that doesn’t see this label.” What??? How is it any different if I already removed the label and take it to another FedEx store? SMH. They are making your life hard without any real benefit/justification; ruined a beautiful holiday Saturday.

2023-11-21 00:29:37$19.10 to pack a package for me?!I had the label purchased and printed but didn’t have the right box for the item I was shipping. Box was $2.75, bubble wrap $3.99. Older lady (I think manager) helps me and I show her my prepaid label, she says oh, we can pack it for you, you don’t need to buy all these items. I’m surprised and thankful because I’ve already paid a lot to overnight ship my item.Then she rings me up for $19.10 for packaging it and says “it’s the same price as purchasing the items” (which it’s definitely not, would’ve been closer to $7). I forgot to bring my tape with me, otherwise I would’ve done it myself. Communication felt dishonest. If I wasn’t in a rush I’d go elsewhere.

2023-12-28 03:03:13Went to print a couple documents out. Apparently they have changed their whole printing system up because you can’t access the Google suite anymore and instead have to print documents using an access code. Obviously this is more time consuming than simply using the Internet, therefore it charges the customer more leading to profits for FedEx 👎

2021-07-25 07:33:59Had been to this FedEx location a few times. Staffs are ok, they usually will not offer to say hi first when you walk in. Unlike other stores, I feel more welcome to be greeted when visiting other stores.Overall rating is average. I would give more stars if the staffs are more customer service oriented.

2023-11-07 01:54:41I needed a large print of a picture. The pic needed to be cropped and scaled to fit a canvas. Jenifer took time and seemed to enjoy the task. I got a great print and was surprised by the low price.

2022-12-29 00:22:04Dont bother with this location for Passport photos.Getting Passports and appointments is already stressful enough. Went to this location to get Passport photos for my daughter, a small portion of her hair was obscuring her right eye. We had an appointment the following day to review the documents. The picture was rejected and needed to be retaken. Shouldnt be an issue, right?Go back to this same Fedex location retake the photo and just as we were walking out the door. Not so fast. You have to pay for those. What?! This is your error, youre the experts. Hang on let me check with my mgr. Do you have a receipt? Seriously, its in the Fedex folder that they were taken in. Well, they could have been taken at another location. No, but my wife can give you a credit card. Yeah, can you provide the credit card. Unreal. Gave it. Meanwhile my wife locates the receipt. I slapped it down, here. Hmmm, as the mgr inspects the receipt with caution.Its unbelievable really. To think somebody would go to the trouble of trying to grift you for passport photos that you charge $15 for @ the cost of pennies that the paper its printed on. And even if they were from another FedEx location you would think they would do it as a courtesy.Why not just call it Dorothys print shop if you are all so independent from one another.You wasted more time determing if these photos were from your location than taking the picture and printing it in the first place. Which means you could have served other customers or completed other orders in that time.I hope I dont have to return to this location again.

2022-08-24 23:58:21I had anxiety about not having the label printed pre-my drop off because the weekend prior I went to a UPS store who treated me awful for not having a printer to print the label. Lorayne was incredible. She was so kind, warm and took care of me assuring me she could help. I would come back here in a heartbeat and certainly will in the future!

2023-09-29 23:51:00One of the store employees said discrimination words to me because I am Asian? Because I didn’t purchase her FedEx box? I have prepaid label and already packed everything, she asked me to drive to 95131 which is about 20 miles away to drop? Seriously?
