Very nice shop with all of your needs for copying, envelopes, shipping and more. The manager was very kind and courteous to me to allow me to take some photos. I have used this location many times and I’m impressed with their very fast service and their attention to detail. A great resource if you don’t have a home office and you need to get important things done quickly and accurately. A must stop shop for all of your business needs.

I recycled a box for shipping a new thing. That recycled box had a hazard label on it. I told them this label was from the old box, and the label didn’t apply to what’s inside. Without caring what’s actually in the box, they were like “we saw that label, so we can’t ship it. You can remove the label and ship it in another FedEx store that doesn’t see this label.” What??? How is it any different if I already removed the label and take it to another FedEx store? SMH. They are making your life hard without any real benefit/justification; ruined a beautiful holiday Saturday.

$19.10 to pack a package for me?!I had the label purchased and printed but didn’t have the right box for the item I was shipping. Box was $2.75, bubble wrap $3.99. Older lady (I think manager) helps me and I show her my prepaid label, she says oh, we can pack it for you, you don’t need to buy all these items. I’m surprised and thankful because I’ve already paid a lot to overnight ship my item.Then she rings me up for $19.10 for packaging it and says “it’s the same price as purchasing the items” (which it’s definitely not, would’ve been closer to $7). I forgot to bring my tape with me, otherwise I would’ve done it myself. Communication felt dishonest. If I wasn’t in a rush I’d go elsewhere.

Went to print a couple documents out. Apparently they have changed their whole printing system up because you can’t access the Google suite anymore and instead have to print documents using an access code. Obviously this is more time consuming than simply using the Internet, therefore it charges the customer more leading to profits for FedEx 👎

Had been to this FedEx location a few times. Staffs are ok, they usually will not offer to say hi first when you walk in. Unlike other stores, I feel more welcome to be greeted when visiting other stores.Overall rating is average. I would give more stars if the staffs are more customer service oriented.

I needed a large print of a picture. The pic needed to be cropped and scaled to fit a canvas. Jenifer took time and seemed to enjoy the task. I got a great print and was surprised by the low price.

Dont bother with this location for Passport photos.Getting Passports and appointments is already stressful enough. Went to this location to get Passport photos for my daughter, a small portion of her hair was obscuring her right eye. We had an appointment the following day to review the documents. The picture was rejected and needed to be retaken. Shouldnt be an issue, right?Go back to this same Fedex location retake the photo and just as we were walking out the door. Not so fast. You have to pay for those. What?! This is your error, youre the experts. Hang on let me check with my mgr. Do you have a receipt? Seriously, its in the Fedex folder that they were taken in. Well, they could have been taken at another location. No, but my wife can give you a credit card. Yeah, can you provide the credit card. Unreal. Gave it. Meanwhile my wife locates the receipt. I slapped it down, here. Hmmm, as the mgr inspects the receipt with caution.Its unbelievable really. To think somebody would go to the trouble of trying to grift you for passport photos that you charge $15 for @ the cost of pennies that the paper its printed on. And even if they were from another FedEx location you would think they would do it as a courtesy.Why not just call it Dorothys print shop if you are all so independent from one another.You wasted more time determing if these photos were from your location than taking the picture and printing it in the first place. Which means you could have served other customers or completed other orders in that time.I hope I dont have to return to this location again.

I had anxiety about not having the label printed pre-my drop off because the weekend prior I went to a UPS store who treated me awful for not having a printer to print the label. Lorayne was incredible. She was so kind, warm and took care of me assuring me she could help. I would come back here in a heartbeat and certainly will in the future!

One of the store employees said discrimination words to me because I am Asian? Because I didn’t purchase her FedEx box? I have prepaid label and already packed everything, she asked me to drive to 95131 which is about 20 miles away to drop? Seriously?

This is a great store to go to because of the ace employee named Drew. He solved a problem I was having with returning a product to Comcast when even the Comcast employees couldnt solve it. He was calm and soft-spoken but very intelligent and such a sweet guy. I would recommend this store for all your shipping needs. I know I will definitely go back.

A lot of confusion in the office. Was sent back couple of times claiming something was wrong with the label I ordered online. I had to go back home twice to re-print it. Eventually, they discovered their system had a problem. Was asked to come back againg. None of the employees tried to contact company support enquiring about the system glitch.I went to another nearly office and they processed my shipment in seconds.

I just stepped out from the store. The old lady was rude. After knowing the different prices between scanning and copying, I wanted to call my husband to make a decision. Suddenly she became very unhappy. Shed keep folding some paper slowly and pretending she didnt see me standing and waiting. I had to call her and she came with altitude. Im going to another printing store. Wont ever come back to this store.I actually went back to the store to find out her name, Rima.

I go here when I need things printed. Everytime i have been there, nobody greets you or is friendly at all. Last night I went and was in a hurry. One lady was busy helping a customer and totally ignored me. I saw another lady towards the back doing something. We made eye contact but I was ignored. I stood there for 7 minutes. Then the lady towards the back finally came to help me. I will not be back to this location!

I went to FedEx office on 7/10 to print a document sign and return via email. Normally I would get on a computer but there was a lovely woman who showed me how to do everything from the copier. I did not get her name but she was rather short and of Asian descent and seemed to be a Senior. If she had not been so helpful I would have been there forever. She was very knowledgeable. I was very happy to see Fedex Kinkos investing in Senior staff. I don’t normally post reviews but I thought her service was exceptional and should be recognized.

Incompetent staff at the Westgate location, understaffed as well especially during the holiday season. Not helpful, overpriced and the service sucks. Use USPS instead, they are polite and friendly and answer any concerns you may have.

There is one employee that speaks very little English (which is not necessarily bad but slows down process) and is also extremely slow. My experience is that they have not been extremely helpful in finding the best deal/cheapest shipping option. They do not process transactions very quickly. Some employees are much more experienced and helpful. For some reason it seems they can only process one shipping request/customer at a time. Have not tried other services besides shipping. Manager is very competent and friendly.

Ok so when I walked into the store there were 3 employees and not one said hello and acknowledged when I walked in. 2 of the girls were busy talking at the registers and had no intention of helping and the other spoke hardly any English. Not cool, End your darn conversation and service your customers, youre there to help not gossip!!

FedEx is my go-to place to do copies. I often have to do oversized copy for construction projects and Home Improvement. they have an oversized printer that you can use yourself to make as many copies of you want. I find it very convenient. They also have a very friendly staff that can help you with anything that you need. thanks for all the help

I use this place like a home office. Ive come here to work on projects, using either their computers or to hook up to their Wifi using my own laptop. I dont have a printer at home, so when I need print documents, FedEx Office is my go-to spot. Quick, easy, and convenient. Plus, this location has a photo printing station, which I found to be fast, easy-to-use, and very convenient and cheap for printing out a lot of high resolution 4x6 photo prints from pictures I had on a USB Flash Drive.

The Fedex shipping department here is SHARP and Fast!Even if there is a line, dont worry, theyll go through it quickly. Every time.I thought I was an experienced shipper, but the asian guy working her is lightning fast. He measured the box, typed the shipper / recipient info and told me to confirm in like 30 seconds. I was sure he mistyped something, but nope.. everything looked perfect. I was out of there in record time. I was going to ask what coffee he had.

Fedex has cheated me with an international shipment. They don’t provide proper information about duties on shipments. I asked explicitly and was told that there will not be any customs duties on my shipment, but fedex held my shipment in transit and imposed a duty equivalent to the cost of the product. When asked to return, they did not return and to make matters worse, never even responded to the multiple complaints I made. Beware of sending international shipments with fedex from this location.

Easy to use printing services but costs an arm and a leg just to print 8 sheets black and white (front and back -- they charge you separately for the front and the back). Including computer use for about 3 minutes, I ended paying nearly $10. Definitely overpriced.

I go in here often to buy office supplies, to print, use internet, make copies, fax and ship items. I always get great service here. They are super polite and extra helpful. Ive never had an issue since they moved in there! Thanks friends!

Started out bad...but ended in 5 stars. The timer was on and the printers were down. Needless to say but the bill was growing while I was returning emails before my meeting only to discover that none of my 24x5 page applications were not done. They fixed it. Removed the charge and gave me a coupon. I made money going to FedEx. Very surprised...its FedEx! But it worked out.

They failed to deliver my package twice and they are not ready to give it to me just because I do not have the same address on my driving license. Since, I’ve just moved. I have the name, the tracking #...Do not use FedEx, they failed to deliver at a place where everyone else can. I had the same delivery problem in Chicago too.

Best FedEx service I metAs a small e-commerce start-up I a had a chance to use print & ship services by FedEx in different locations (Santa Monica, San Francisco, San Jose, etc.). It was interested to see how the stuff explains why the Flat rate differs from one similar shipment to another inside one location, why the price for new entrants is lower, than for those who use account number, and how well does a toner stick to my b&w labels. All that uncertainties finally forced me to move to another service provider.But Cerstin from FedEx Office Print & Ship Center at 5253 Prospect Rd, San Jose, CA 95129 tuned me back. Now I know - FedEx has a human face. Though the intrigue with pricing continues.

I came in here late one night to send something overnight. They seemed too busy for me, even though nothing seemed to be going on. The pricing seemed off, too. Im not sure if I got a good deal on the shipping, but at least it got there, and a few dollars more didnt matter.
