The ACT prep course at Hillview Prep is great. My son has always been a high achiever, and the strategies he learned there truly gave him the edge he needed. He walked into the test center fully prepared and walked out with outstanding results. We highly recommend Hillview to anyone in San Francisco looking for serious results.

Referred a family friend to Hillview Prep for their SAT prep and they were VERY happy with their results. Ken and his team are very smart and incredibly knowledgable about both the subject matter and the tests themselves. With the highly competitive nature of admissions these days, I would highly suggest working with Hillview to give your children the best opportunity to be accepted in to their top school.

I recently attended a test preparation for my ACT, and I must say it was outstanding! The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, making complex topics easy to understand. The study materials provided were comprehensive and well-organized. I appreciated the personalized attention and guidance I received. Ken did an amazing job preparing my son for the HSPT. Due to a mistake on our part we didnt reach out to Hillview Prep until a few weeks ahead of the test. Ken was willing to squeeze in the entire course into a few weeks for my son. My son received a great score on the HSPT and was admitted to both Mitty and Bellarmine. I know his test score was a direct result of the tutoring he received at Hillview.

My son attended Hillview Prep to prepare for the HSPT. He has always had some level of test anxiety and even more so with a test as important as the HSPT. Over the course of two weeks and a couple weekends my son gained the knowledge and confidence he needed to take the HSPT and do very well. His prelim assessment test at Hillview Prep set the strategy and schedule for the next 2 two weeks, and they went to work. Over the course of the two weeks Ken was able to teach my son a new way of approaching test taking that reduced his anxiety of running out of time. The result was a huge increase in his math and comprehension scores from where they started, and acceptance into his two top school choices and his back up choice. As a side benefit the techniques Ken taught my son also carried over to regular school work as well. Ken is an exceptional educator and I look forward to working with him again as my son progresses through high school and eventually the PSAT, SAT and ACT. I highly recommend Hillview Prep above any other teaching establishment, their approach to teaching, learning skills, time management and information retention is second to none and their ability to accommodate busy schedules is a blessing.Mountian View, Ca.

Hillview Prep is the only tutoring service we will use. Ken & his team are excellent tutors. My kids have gone there for help with algebra, chem & biology as well as test prep. They tried two other places before finding Hillview; both were unsatisfactory in different ways. One simply had tutors who could not teach and the other was outrageously overpriced having doubled the price of their services in less than a year.

Ken is an amazing teacher, and will prepare his students for any standardized test. Furthermore he’s a nice guy who can help high school students map out their plans for college.
