This is a great idea.On paper.The execution is horrible. For starters they charge Ferrari prices for Dodge service. I mention this up front because youre not getting any experience that has any cachet.Rather the, ahem, boards youre going to be a part of are basically mom and pop running a business out of their garage -- asking fundamental questions.This service does not put you on a board of advisors to provide counsel, advice, and support for businesses and their leaders in any kind of traditional or industry standard sense that you could leverage as professional experience.Not to mention the AdvisoryCloud database of companies is severely lacking; Im in tech and there wasnt anything relevant. I searched all companies and _maybe_ there are 2 dozen total opportunities.So AdvisoryCloud ripped me off for a few hundred dollars. Congrats to them. Fool me once as they say...

Everything you hate about nameless and faceless companies like the phone company and the Cable company will be experienced if you use Comcast / Xfinity. Forget all about customer service, forget about quick and courteous issue resolutions. They could care less about you and even less than that about your business. (I will say the folks at the center in San Raphael try to help, but the online and 800 service is a case study for disastrous customer service.)I have switched to DIRECT TV. Wow! What a difference! DIRECT TV actually appreciates their customers and works hard at customer satisfaction. I am super happy with DIRECT TV. If youre considering switching, I highly advise you do so, it is painless to set up, and and they have many better options. Plus customer service is actually that - customer SERVICE. If you decide to remain with Comcast, I wish you luck - youre going to need it!

If I could give less than one star I would. First off, the computer didnt work (which is also connected to the scanner), every time I went to turn on the computer it would automatically turn off. I am unsure how many times you have to ask for help from the woman at the counter (she is in her mid-forties with dark curly hair). She was too busy gossiping with her friend to pay attention to her paying customers. I am very surprised with the sheer lack of customer service and complete disrespect she had, seemed like any customer who needed anything was an inconvenience for her. All I had was the simple task of printing and scanning and I was unable to do so. I Left the store paying ten dollars in charges and nothing to show for it. I will never go back here and I will make sure to let everyone know how horrible their customer service is.
