When you walk in this store you have to look for the person to check you in. Theyre not looking for you. Then when you check in dont expect to be called in order of the list. How they pick the next person is an unknown. I went in for a 30 second modem return. One person checked in after me for a return and was called to the desk before me. Then another person walks in and walks right up to a desk and says hes returning equipment and they take it! No telling him theres a line. I had 4 or 5 people come in after me and they were all helped before I was. Ridiculous. I dont mind waiting but not when the process isnt fair. Theyre trying to mimic an Apple store with 25% of the staffing. Bring a good book when you go.

Garbage... I have decided never to return to xfinity and just pay double at verizon. I have been here four times trying to cancel my account and it still charges me. Not to mention hours wasted on the phone for a service that never ended up working.Manager Juan is horrid and needs to move on if he cant be helpful. I have been told multiple times I had been taken care of to find bill in collections I had to then dispute.The bloody worse!

No one answers & cannot make an appointment online as the screen keeps repeating that sorry we’ve run into an issueNo kidding!! The plan I ironed out last month was definitely not what the statement I received today reflectedThis bill with automatic pay was $60.00 higher than what was promisedIf only there was competition for these services

They sold me an internet service and a phone and the next day they canceled it!!! They are not ethical!! under this place and the company and the employees too... they are not professionals!!!! I didnt like at all how they serve, they take a long time, many things I didnt like, the company was more

I met the genius at Xfinity and he was the greeter. I wish I got his name, he was working 3:30 pm on 01/07/2024. I had been on the phone for over 6 hours, 2 different days and they couldn’t figure out why my cell service just shut off. This Christmas miracle guy figured it out in less than 5 minutes. Thank you, you kind sir!

Dont bother calling,just go into this store, and youll be taken care of well.....Update to when I went in without my husband.I waited over an hour.and when I asked when our turn was, we were Repeatedly was told to take a seat by a rude manager. Im switching to At and T. I also was told they would not help me. Erick villatoro de Leon was especially unhelpful. Just a nightmare and he added to the pain.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It is impossible to talk to someone even after waiting in the store half an hour they sent me out with a phone number, which again led nowhere.And be careful because they are Extremely sneaky and the next thing you know you’ve “signed” another contract when it was the last thing you would’ve done!!! And of course, there’s no way to talk to anybody that can do anything!!!

I absolutely hate Xfinity/Comcast. I cannot adequately express my frustration and loathing. I have no idea what benefit I gain from doing business with this company. There is NO tech support - I have what is probably a fairly simple issue with SMTP and POP email settings. 10 minutes trying to get the ChatBot - which just kept circling with the same questions - to connect me with a human being in tech Support. With respect to billing and plans, they have utterly failed, time and time again, to honor promises made in phone conversations we see that there was a call on X date, but we dont see anything about a credit to your account. Endlessly poor or non-existent customer service. If it were possible, I would give ZERO stars. This is the worst company.
