This is the fifth payroll service (including three national companies) we have used in 25+ years of being in business in two states, and they are by far the best. Excuse me for not being born with a computer chip to have knowledge without assistance on how to operate updated copy machines. I would like to know why a customer has to print out an address label with there already being one on the envelope. I view Office Depot to be a greedy ($$$) money oriented & limited choice, as the pre-addressed label should have been accepted . I was so put OFF by this limited choice, preceded by non-assistance regarding copying I did take my remaining business elsewhere .My eye-rolling disgust did show and commentary was heard by a few of the employees . I have NO future plans to go to Office Depot again, l. NO referrals will be given for impersonal service by employees who do not assist customers, and a business operated with mandatory restrictions of a reprint of the address by the deleting computers.

Clean with a well lit parking lot. Usually steady business all day but busy in evenings at times and on Fridays. Customer service is good. They seem to be professional from what Ive observed. Havent had any issues with them specifically at the store but UPS itself has given me trouble in the past.
