Called twice before I made appointment, 1) Cost 2) Question on clip removal. Appointment scheduling was smooth, plenty of time for me to add to bundle. Pick-up went well, professional with mask. Good sense of humor, important these days. Excellent driver, back-up skills proved worthy. So, Im happy, even got to see it being shredded. Cool experience!
