Under promised, over delivered! I decided that printing a few hundred pages of a download digital operating handbook was too tedious and time consuming task than worth my limited time. On a whim I hit up Google as to whether or not there was a place in which I could upload the manual, have it printed for me and pick up in person. I landed on Office Depot and that was a business blessing in disguise! The process was simple, easy and seamless. Within minutes my manual was uploaded, order paid for and a confirmation that my order would be ready on Monday (in two days). The amazing team at my local Office Depot apparently tackled my order as soon as they came in on Sunday morning and I received a ready for pick up notification at 11:28 a.m. WOW, what a great turnaround time. Additionally, the print and paper quality, along with the binding, by far exceeded my expectations. Great job Office Depot team!

Explain to me why I come to the store at 8:34 and they tell me that we are closed??? There is a sign on the door that the opening hours are until 9pm. It would be very interesting to know.

I went in to the Office Depot in National City today to print out some documents for a project . I had some questions regarding what I needed to do and Janett was there to help. She was so patient with all my questions and was able to help me out so much with I needed to do. It was quite busy in the printing area, but she managed to help everyone out and gave everyone great customer service. I rarely go to Office Depot, but now after seeing the service and the amount of staff available to help, I will definitely be returning for other projects.

Dear Office Depot Customer Service,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent experience I had at your location. I visited your store intending to drop off a pre-labeled FedEx box, a simple and routine task. However, what should have been a quick and straightforward process turned into a nightmare of inefficiency and frustration.Upon arriving at the store, I was required to sign in, which seemed unnecessary for a task as basic as dropping off a package. I asked the Copy and Print Manager if I needed to sign in, even though I was just dropping off the box and she replied Sign In. I complied, expecting a brief wait before being able to complete my errand. To my dismay, I received a text saying the wait time would be a staggering 62 minutes before finally being attended to.This lengthy wait time is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the level of customer service provided by your establishment. As a customer, I value my time, and having to waste over an hour just to complete a simple task is utterly unacceptable.To add insult to injury, while waiting at your location, I became so frustrated with the delay that I decided to drive to a nearby Walgreens location to drop off the package instead. To my disbelief, I was able to complete this task and return back to my job before receiving a text notification from Office Depot indicating that it was my turn in line. This level of inefficiency is beyond comprehension and only serves to underscore the inadequacies of your customer service system.I understand that there may be occasional delays or busy periods, but this level of inefficiency indicates a significant problem with your operations. Waiting for such an extended period just to drop off a package is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the overall customer experience.I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the issues that led to this unfortunate experience. Customers should be able to rely on your store for efficient and courteous service, and my recent encounter fell far short of those expectations.Now I understand the lack of competent leadership is attributing to the downfall of your business.

Huge store with good selection of office, school, even break room and cleaning supplies. Office furniture in the rear of the store as well.Parking located directly in front of the store and more space since they share a large lot.Convenient location right off of Highland Ave. Exit (on the South Side of the 54 freeway, not the El Super side).Next door to Ross.I LOVE the school supply section! There are great art supplies and fun items you dont find elsewhere. Need to brush up on MATH or English skills? Go to the teaching supplies section and pickup a couple of workbooks! Great brands to choose from in all merchandise categories.I scored a plastic file bin for only $7.99! They have decent sales, its worth looking around.Only downside, there is very little staff on the floor. If you need assistance, you generally need to go to the register area and ask. I feel a few associates tend to make the customer search for the items they request help with instead of walking WITH the customer to show them as well as make sure they get the correct product. I have experienced this at other locations on occasions as well.

I was there to make copies and print some paperwork.. excellent customer service from Marlo. He guide me with all that I need it to do in order to print. I really appreciate the help and easy he made it for me to get what I need it to be done.

Shout out to my main man, Carlitos, who provided me with an excellent example of customer service. He was knowledgeable about my service request, but he also asked questions to make sure he fully understood the entirety of my situation. He was thrifty in his execution and very considerate. I even appreciated the fact that he would not take a payment from me until he had received confirmation that my fax had gone through. Carlitos deserves a raise ASAP!!

They have 5 believe 5 copy machines or 4. Dont remember because one is always open. Speedy fast and quick get in and get out place. Its awesome. Made 4 copies and total was 87 cents. Legit legit legit

Quick and easy experience at Office Depot. Ofelia helped me order a desk to be delivered to my house. She was extremely helpful to even add special delivery instructions so my delivery would go smoothly. Thanks!

Customer service was terrible, came in at night to scan my documents and the male worker said the system is down and that we are only paying cash. On top of that information that they will charge extra. At first I was reluctant but my significant other went to get information about the self service, the employees that were working this night gave false information to my significant other only to pay extra. Im extremely disappointed with the sketchy services they have. Never coming back.
