2022-10-21 16:22:19Complete crooks. Charged me many months when they did not even provide the service. Tried to tell me it would be 7 days to receive a reply to my request to cancel. Luckily, I am an attorney and can push back on these crooks.Look elsewhere for your shredding needs. This company is not the one, unless you want to be bilked endlessly with non-existant service and constant price increases.

2022-02-09 02:05:09This companys service is terrible. Since December, I have made repeated requests for Iron Mountain to close out my businesss account and to destroy all remaining boxes they are still storing. Other than one email received in early January promising to attend to my request within 24-72 hours, I have not heard anything since,despite repeatedly emailing and calling them. Their call center is a joke; you are put on hold for hours and then the call is disconnected. Their website is useless for this type of request - they literally provide no way to make this type of request on line.The only thing Iron Mountain does without fail is to continue sending bills for storage fees - even after I have asked multiple times for my account to be CLOSED OUT. I believe they are deliberately delaying acting on my request in order to justify continuing to bill me.Is it too much to ask that a human being from Iron Mountain contact me and address my concerns?

2022-04-26 18:45:03Terrible company. They dont come out on scheduled times, hold times are very long. Nobody knows what is happening and how to get any service out of them.
