Lady at the counter told me that i had to pay $3 for 10 minutes to use the computer when i told her i had an amazon return and i needed to print the label. One you cant print amazon labels at the computer and she knew that, you have to send it to the store email. Two she lied about the rate to use the computer, it wasnt $3 for 10 minutes like she said it was $3 for 3 minutes. Either their employees are incompetent or liars, either way go to a different store if you have any thing other than a amazon qr code dropoff.

I was greeted once I walked in through the door with a smile by Araceli. She was very helpful and I love that she speaks Spanish, a plus in our town. I usually feel bad when another customer has to help because the employee doesnt speak their language.

Every time I go everybody always has a smile always polite always asks me how Im doing what can they help me with. Theres only one other place in town who does this the UPS store and Les Schwab. You both are the best service here in town in Selma California its a toss up though whos better you guys are both really great.

Araceli was very helpful, prompt and efficient, but if I want to hear Hallelujah, Jesus, I will go to church. I cannot see myself coming back here. There are billions of people on this earth who have a variety of different spiritual beliefs. I do not expect to go into a branch of a multi-billion dollar corporation and hear Christian proselytizing coming out of the sound system in the form of Christian light rock. Keep your religious beliefs to yourself. It is hugely disrespectful and ignorant to expose paying customers to this propaganda and I find it hard to believe UPS is ok with this.

It never fails that I have such an amazing experience at the UPS store in Selma. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The service is fast there’s no long wait time and they’re very knowledgeable. I’m always able to take care of multiple errands with one stop and their pricing and services make it so much easier. I definitely recommend using the UPS store.

Rip offSame experience.Didn’t realize that I went with a printable return label option and not a QR code. The girl said to print the return label it’s $ 5 something or print it out somewhere else and bring it back . Obviously, I wouldn’t have taken it without one if I knew it was gonna be printable but that’s a rip off.But the girl that I usually see there is nice . Very nice. But today it was kind of a poor experience.

The lady working won’t let me return my package because the code wasn’t the right code for them but the shop I bought my things from let me return my package without the box or anything. It stated that they package it. I done this before and they had no problem before. The place I order from is TikTok. But because the code was not like the Amazon she couldn’t take it.

Im thankful we have a UPS store in town, not thankful how the owners rip you off to print a paper in 20 seconds, cost 5 dollars! Thats how they treat our community, and no it wasnt high quality paper, it was just a paper, I read the explanation on the other review. Dont treat us like were dumb, do better. Greedy people make less money in this world and eventually go out of business. Be reasonable and do better. The staff is great tho!
