This livescan service has safe off street parking and no wait time. Walk-ins are welcome and I have never had to wait. Prices are the most affordable in our area. Customer service is great as they submit your fingerprints on the same day for both DOJ and FBI. My results usually clear within 48 hours. The owner of the business is really good at getting the fingerprints on the first 2 tries. She is patient and polite. She also sells car insurance and notary services. Im so lucky to find this place. Se habla Espanol y Ingles. Personas muy amable. Excelente services.

Maybe good customer service..but inside the warehouse.. its VERY poor conditions..very stressful and low pay to recieving associates..no benefits for working hard at all or any recognition programs...faulty equipment and understaffed all around makes it difficult to stay here...there is a HIGH turnaround rate for people coming in wanting to work,but they discover(new workers)..that this chino branch(under tristans supervision/acting warehouse manager)doesnt provide anything but a low paying check while breaking your back for it...if there were periodic monetary merit increases in both wages for difficulty of jobs being performed and a spending budget for improvement of overall supplies..im SURE there would be a change in morale...but as of now..its VERY low..only way to see improvements in production is to value contributeing associates for their consistency...as a business grows..and there is no value for loyalty given...conditions in morale WONT improve...and haveing a well paid and adequately supplied staff is a cornerstone/milestone to making a business MORE succesdful..without any thank yous or monetary programs for hard working individuals here..this place will thrive only by sheer luck..and fleeting incompetence...WHEN are these warehouse businesses going to get that?Only time will tell if ANYONE from corporate will see this and make internal strides for improvement...as of now..the acting warehouse manager tristan and the h.r. representative (tia marrow),dont care about their employees at all...and it shows in their poor attitudes..Tristan bui and Victor tran are romantically involved.. if you have more knowledge of your job or make more than they do.. they will plot to fire you using Claudia chen(human resources) as their advocate by saying that your picking on Victor.. which gets Tristan angry and vengeful. This kind of outside company drama is brought into best logistics and interferes with company operations day in and out.. resulting of Victor trans miships and errors althewhile Tristan bui is covering up Victor trans daily errors by blameing and firing innocent people along the way..This chino branch will soon follow the Texas branch and close down due to Tristans constant wrongdoings and lack of leadership/direction/and Tristans own accountability for him and trouble causeing Victor tran...if corporate doesnt file an internal investigation into what Victor tran and Tristan bui are doing to their company..althewhile bringing back ALL the people wrongfully terminated during the Corona virus pandemic..Oh..by the way the review by Chris Clark does NOT count because Chris Clark works for best logistics and likes to suck up for his job because he calls off infrequently and tries to cover up the fact that hes a yes man for the company 24/7..makes you how many friends family and associates are actually the only ones giving good rateings to this company to save their jobs.?This all impacts the quality of service both in shipping torn/tattered product from the warehouse that often gets blamed on the courrier when it isnt the courriers fault..but the incompetent company itself.. Ryan brodzicki... I hope your viewing thisAll photos are photoshopped in 2021 and feedback is left by former employee .. this chino branch looks NOTHING like any of the pics.. there are no happy bts looking truck drivers.. more angry ones because they have to wait for their deliveries or pickups..

I was flabbergasted when I was told that they couldnt package or ship water samples. I have lived in four different states and in the four years that I have been doing this I have never been to a FedEx location that couldnt perform this task. The manager explained to me that they were not trained to package liquids because of their potential hazardous nature. A customer has to self disclose any potential dangers and is fully responsible if prosecuted. These samples were WATER and would like to advise others attempting to responsibly ship liquids to either box the items themselves before dropping them off or looking for a different location. Lastly, they manager advised me throughout the discussion that I needed to go to the main store and have it packaged and shipped there. After taking the address, I headed over to the main location only to be told that they didnt have a package service. They couldnt believe what the manager at this store had said and they sold me what I needed and assisted in boxing the liquids. I still dont understand how an entire staff isnt trained to perform a task that is in the name of the business.

For almost a year I have used the email box for business at this location. Honestly the attention is terrible. They are always very young people without experience and each process is eternal. Today it took me 40 minutes to pay the rent for the business mail box and they wanted to charge a fee for coming a couple of days later. I got a call this week from This UPS store. The person told me that I could come to pay within the next ten days. Today the person who attended me wanted to charge me. The manager was rude in insinuating that I was saying, was lying and he was not nice either. Terrible service!
