My package was supposed to have been delivered 2 days ago. I showed up at the location as it was supposed to be there even though it says it wasnt on the tracking number. The employees refused to take a MINUTE to check the back when I asked them to because they said the tracking number said it wasnt there. They told me to call Fedex and find the package myself.The package was at the location the whole time. I had to go back and it was a struggle to get them to check the back again as the tracking number said it wasnt there. I had to tell them multiple times that everyone I talked to said it was there.If they just checked the back like I asked when I was first there, they could have saved me from driving another 2 hour round trip.

My experience has always been positive. All of the associates are extremely friendly and positive. The ambiance is cleaning and well keeped. Great location.

Very limited on that services can be done. They charge for ridiculous stuff. Workers there are rude. Prices keep going up even after deminising quality. We cant do that We dont have that anymore

Joey has the nicest customer service in the world.!!!!!!! rose is very nice and knows hiw to talk to customers. Never go to STAPLES again!!!! The manager Maria is lovely also!!!! I will be back to that place soon! THANK YOU FEDEX!!!!!!

Placed some orders here and the business cards were very poor quality. Not good paper but even worse, the text we used was terribly and noticeably off-center. We centered the text in the original image used for the cards. Whoever printed and cut the cards wasn’t paying attention. Either they became off center during the computer process or from cutting. There was even some white on the side of the card that wasn’t supposed to be there indicating that the cards weren’t centered during cutting. Big bummer. Don’t recommend. They didnt even offer a discount during purchase.

I had a great experience at the Chino location with a very nice young lady named Rose. She was kind, friendly and helpful and had excellent customer service. A very pleasant experience with her and so refreshing considering most interactions with youth in customer service these days is horrible. Most will barely look at you and don’t know how to speak to adults. Rose was exactly what customer service should look like. Good job to her parents and her boss. Thank you, Rose. Keep up the good work!

Hello,I just wanted to take the time to express the customer service experience that I received at the Fed Ex Office Store in Chino, Ca off Central. When I enter I was created by Cameron with a smile and if there was anything I can help you with. I informed needed help with self service to have information goto the printandgo, which Cameron went to kiosk and showed and explained. Also I needed to use restroom and Cameron with a smile got the keys and open for me. This may not seem like a big deal but most FedEx I gone to just had you the key to do yourself. I appreciate the service because I have a back injury and Cameron going the extra mile helped & wasnt aware of my injury.Also, I would like to put another spotlight on Diane, I was having issues with my papers that were being copied being jam. Now Diane was at the service desk & heard my paper jam and came right over to assist with out me asking for help. Diane stated I heard the paper jam & assist by turing the paper the opposite direction and work perfectly. Also after I purchased my book, both Cameron & Diane stated thank you for coming and have a great day. I wanted to highlight Cameron & Diane for their customer service skills & going the extra mile. I will continue to come to this FedEx because these two superstars. Thank you!

I was trying to print on gloss stock but the self-use printer smears. If you ask them to print the papers for you they charge an extra $15 for over 50 pages. Since the error is on their end, you would expect them to waive the fee because the printer keeps smearing. However they refused. Finally Maria the manager came and said that she could waive the fee but I would have to pick the papers up in 24 hours. Just so you know, the center was completely empty. They could have a literally just put the papers in the printer and printed the documents- it’s not like they had a line of customers. It did not make sense that she was going to make me waiting to pick them up in order to leave the fee. It just seemed like she was on a power trip. I remained polite and just told her that I did not want to print the documents anymore. I use the facility around three days a week for all of my printing needs and supply. I’m not coming back here.I drove down the road to the Chino Hills location and they printed everything for me with no questions asked and without the extra fee.In amazes me how such a poor call made irrationally can cause the company a lifelong relationship with no care by management.

Marissa was fantastic! Super helpful and went the extra mile for me to make sure my package was correctly addressed and would be on the truck tonight. I cant stress enough how helpful she was to me and every single person who came in while I was there.
