Ive had to call this company TWICE in the last two weeks. Once to repair a broken lift and the other, for maintenance on all three, as I have an inspection in a few weeks. They are prompt, and very professional. Thank you Ajay, and especially Feja!!! He was very helpful and fast!!!!! I would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service!!!

The company has been servicing our lifts for all our sites for many years and its very disappointing that they had us pay upfront for a job that has not been completed and that is not the worse part. We have now been waiting for almost two months for the repair to be completed and we keep getting all kinds of excuses. We keep calling the company and they don’t even return our calls. This is a very good way to lose a loyal and long term customer.

Earlier today, Sunday- 3ish, I called multiple times and left urgent messages. Theres been no return call. I understand it is outside normal working hours however whats the procedure for urgent issues at a self-storage facility? I put my family crystal in the lift. I cant get the doors open to get my crystal out. The crystal that my family has had for 60 years. I finally gave up and left. so whats going to happen now? Someones going to steal four boxes of Crystal? Probably. Im wrestling with the concept that the crystal is just a thing. It shouldnt be so precious to me. It was my mothers collection. she always asked for a Crystal piece for each holiday-Christmas birthdays and so on. I shouldnt be this distraught over a thing.. I confess, I am. I rated this low because there should be an emergency process in place when the elevator lift does not work or worse. I went to get it today because the case that I had custom built for this crystal was just finished yesterday.
