Zero star is more than enough for themExtremely rude and unhelpful at all.They add more fees for retuning items for amazon which is really intolerable, I stopped to return items with them, it is better to go to a store which is far away from me than returning with them or even dealing with them!Finally my husband tried to send a package with UPS through them, they lost it and it shows that UPS didnt receive the package from them, and they don’t even apologize, try to help you out or DO ANYTHING!ALL THEY SAY WE SEND IT AND WE DON’T KNOW WHERE IS IT!!!!EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING REALLY!!!!

This UPS store engages in fraudulent practices. They make you put the original Amazon box into another box or wrap it over with paper because they claim its an Amazon policy. This is not an amazon policy. They are ouright lying and misrepresenting a policy to over sell and make extra money from their boxes and wrapping.The way this UPS store is also attempts to cheat customers for an extra buck, is laughable. They wanted to charge extra for using about 12 inches of their tape. The only problem is they cant. Its not an something they can ring up. Throughout the entire transaction, the lady had a very negative attitude over this 12 inches of tape. She is a heavy set older lady that speaks very poor english. I also observed them taping up another customer package and indeed she used tape very sparingly. It was up to the point thay the packaging barely looked secure.Their lack of integrity, dishonesty, and pettiness is an embarrassment to the UPS brand.

Aracelly is rude and Additional fees are required to return items purchased from Amazon. Other UPS stores never had any additional charges.

I would give zero stars. The older lady, Aracelly, is always in a bad mood and is extremely rude! Them wanting to charge you extra for an Amazon package that doesn’t need to be packaged, is mind blowing. The younger gentleman said I could use their tape, and she said I had to buy it. Will be returning at another UPS.

The owner (I think) is very professional and strait forward. Only complaint I have is UPS POLICY on retail packed boxes. If youre paying your drivers $40 an hour... This is not a green policy but yet you talk about how you are green? Clean emissions and electric too.

This particular store is horrible. Multiple times Ive encountered rude employees, particularly a female worker. The UPS store down the road accepts the exact package they rejected. They dont care about customer serviceI recommend switching PO boxes as well

Went in to return an item of clothing via Amazon. They had a rush so there was a little line and only two employees assisting, but the middle-aged gentleman who helped me was very thorough and kind.I continue to be impressed with our local UPS Store. Always so knowledgeable and helpful.

BE AWARE!!! Scammer!! Store made up fake Amazon return policy tried to force ppl buying their boxes and wrapping materials!!I already called and confirmed with Amazon, they DO NOT have new policy not allowing the use of original manufacturer packaging as return box.Sorry for those of y’all got scammed already!!

The Store employees are a pleasure to work with. Each with a happy helpful attitude. Overall; Client friendly indeed. HOWEVER, Franchise policy for handling inbound UPS packages is woefully short sighted. The franchisee blames the franchisor for policies that allow bulk shipments from UPS drivers to be received in their store without a store employee having a breakdown of what is in the batch delivery. And a random employee name is assigned as received. NO ONE at the store physically checks off actual packages that they are expected to sign for. Owner blames franchisor policy. Franchisor customer service, confirmed this policy. As a box holder, I pay to have products received and held securely. For those who are unaware, UPS and UPS STORES are two separate entities. Do not expect any cohesion between the three entities. Franchisor, Franchisee & United Parcel Service. Each blames the another. Although the franchisee owner and his employees have good intentions, they are set up for failure, and in my opinion, held legally liable for lost packages with a signature. Ive had two separate incidents in one year whereby packages sent to me were signed but never received. The local Franchisor Representative, has not returned my phone call after multiple day, hence, this posting as a heads-up to potential box holders.

I would not recommend going to this UPS Store location. They try to add on cost that are not needed. If you have an Amazon return definitely do not go here as they try to make you buy their packaging to make a quick buck off of you. They told me they don’t accept the packaging that Amazon uses and I saw them say the same thing to the lady in front of me. I went to another UPS Store location and they accepted the package with no issues.
