This is my go-to spot for getting forms notarized. Rebecca was super efficient getting a bunch of my forms notarized while juggling multiple other customers coming in. She was also very detail-oriented and made sure the forms were notarized out correctly.

This particular UPS is inside the Albertsons on Los Serranos in Chino Hills California. I had called a few times prior and spoke to a pleasant young employee by the name of Marwa. She was very helpful and patient, pleasant & professional. These days it’s hard to find a young person that is as efficient as she has been. When I finally took my package in, she went above and beyond to help me, and there was also another young man in there that I didn’t get his name. But this owner/manager is doing a great job training these young people to be friendly, helpful, and professional all at the same time! Great location and great place to bring your business to, here at this location!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! Avoid!!!Arrived today at 7:00 & Elizabeth refused to scan a return QR code. Something that could have taken a second. I’ve dropped off at other locations right at closing time and this has never been a problem. I highly recommend retraining Elizabeth. She was unnecessarily rude. No work ethic at all. I’ve dropped off at Monrovia, Chino, another location in Chino Hills, as well as Pomona. Will NEVER return to this location again, thanks to Elizabeth. At this point, I rather drop off at Pomona location. Pomona location always goes above and beyond! Extremely disappointed as I expected more from this location. Elizabeth did not even try to help me! What’s the point of paying for a Customer service rep. You’re better off installing a self check out. At least you would save cost on labor.

Highly recommend the UPS store in Albertsons. With all the mail theft in the area, we decided to open a PO box. Best decision ever! The staff at the UPS store not only secure my mail, they accept packages on my behalf as well. No more worries about porch pirates! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They even process returns to Amazon. Best part about this...no more junk mail!

AVOID!!!!!!!!!! Super Super Expensive！ DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! Only one paper charged me 2.54 dollars!

Thank you Marwa for the beautiful wrapping and making wrapping, packing, and shipping my Christmas presents. Covid made it really hard to spend the holidays with family but this UPs store does know how to make it go by a little easier. Thank you for your hard work 😊

Sent out an important letter to Simi Valley, It was supposed to be delivered next day .Found out letter is lost in Maryland.10 days later finally delivered but I had to cancel the check that was being delivered overnight,Due to UPS Incompetence.Paid $16 and they won’t refund me . If you have something important to be delivered I would use another carrier .

Lousy business, Very expensive, 2 copies of letter, cost $2.30! staples charge $1.97 for 7 pictures 8x11.. charges the use computer to d/l my flash drive for printing- how do you dl the letter without the pc? rRipoff...

Courteous staff and utilizes safe practices during pandemic: safe distancing while waiting in line, face masks required, and hand sanitizers available on the counter.
