I do not care for comcast as whole. I give this tore 3 stars because its kind of hit or miss. Ive come here & had really nice employees be very helpful & friendly. Other times Ive come here & the staff helping me as well as others were very rude, not friendly or helpful, very dismissive, & they treat you like they dont care to keep you as a customer. The thing with that is, if they treat so many people like that & all these people decide to go elsewhere, like satelite or cut the cord & go other places for wifi, then they could potentially lose a lot of business.My very last visit, I was bringing in a cable box that Id just gotten less than a month prior, & it had been shutting down every night at 8:41pm, & not coming back on until sometime between 5:30-6:40am. I was told on the phone if I brought it in they could help me out with a credit for the ½ of the days I wasnt recieving services & that Id be given a new box. The lady was extremely rude, did not even want to give me a working box & refused to look into my account or even try to see about a credit. She simply told me to call customer service, then walked behind a door & didnt come back out. Finally I left. I was not happy with that service at all...

Fellow Chicoans, If you have a distaste for the USPS lines, inefficiency, attitude, inconsistencies and exasperation, why not take a walk on the brighter side and give your patronage to a business worthy of your time and money? The Postal Station is fast, friendlly, personable, experienced, NICE, efficient, and locally owned and run. The owner himself works there daily and they appear to be as close knit as a working family. Maybe they are. I dont know but as far as providing a service... they consistently deliver top shelf customer experiences with a casual friendliness that comes from knowing what the #^%* it takes to get your packages safely where theyre going . With such nominal fees that you wont even notice any unexpected charges . But what you WiLL notice is that you leave there feeling better than when you went in and for no apparent reason except the whole crew is just professional and chill simtaineoisly. Why would anyone ever go to the Vallombrosia P. O. when Postal Station does everything the government offices do ( and so much more like charming trinkets, gifts, artisan jewelry, accessories) Come to think of it....I think ill stop by, rent a P.O. Box, send a fax and have this post notarized. Because they do all that too.Im a little bit of a mess at times but these guys help me get thru all my shipping needs. Did I mention they like dogs? Whats not to love about THE POSTAL STATION ❤New post: In one word?Tonya. She needs her own superhero name like...Tremendous Tonya! Her mantra would be kinda like Buzz lightyear..I WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND!!Where did they find her? It just appears in her hand even tho shes been standing there since you walked in. Truely magical that one.Finally in closing...... why is everyone who works there so darn good looking? Customer service was sorely lacking. I was trying to print off a name badge for a Halloween costume. Get sent to a computer, where I have to pay .30 a minute to print it myself. It is the wrong size, cannot figure out how to print it in actual size instead of full page. End up paying over $10 for several printouts that I could not even use. Staff was utterly useless. By the time I actually get it printed out to the specifications I need, I am so fed up that I am not about to spend another dime in this place and just leave in disgust.Next I went to Mr Kopy, downtown. Tell them the same thing but the experience was far different.Oh, just forward the email with the attachment to us, we will size it up, and laminate it for you, no problem. I come back 30 minutes later and get exactly what I want, first time for $4.I will never give FedEx Print Center my business again.
