These lovely ladies that helped me were so kind, friendly and very on top on everything with my shipping and printing needs. So happy to see a private business thriving and offering better customer service than other competitors. Will definitely be back :)

This is an excellent alternative to the post office. I like that their magic system compares rates (UPS, USPS, etc.). I only use this business to ship packages, but I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve had obscure and specific questions, and they’re knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll go here before the PO anytime. They even rent PO boxes, and though I don’t use this service, I see people coming to check theirs often. I also haven’t used the notary but am happy to have a place to go when I need one.

Absolutely love this place. Organized,clean, excellent customer service. From mailing a package to renting a mailbox I have nothing but good to say with the experiences. Easy location to access and never a line.

By far the best mailing and package store in Chico. Mailing, Packaging, Copies, Fax. They can store all your addresses if you want them to. So you dont have to remember them every time you go back. They also print out your address labels. So efficient, and friendly. Not nearly as costly as other places Ive seen. I dont really go to the Post office anymore I just go there

The staff at Postal Station is always friendly and helpful. I love that I can drop off outgoing mail, send packages, and even have an address stamp made all at one place!

I recently moved to Chico in May 2022 and have been going to the post office to drop-off returns with pre-paid labels. The Post Offices in Chico have terrible parking and long lines.That is not the case with Postal Station. There were few parking spots, but I was able to find one easily. There was no line inside. The employees were very friendly and helpful. It was a quick and pleasant mail drop-off.My one recommendation is it is helpful to get a receipt for dropping off packages and Postal Station does not currently do that, but it would be great if they started in the future.I will be back if I have future pre-paid packages and want to avoid the USPS mess.Thank you!

While normally receiving great customer service at this business today was an extremely rude young man at the counter who was telling everyone how irritated he was that he was at work today he didnt want to work and how rude everybody was for coming in 15 minutes before they close. He was extremely rude to me and all I was doing was putting in a package for shipping but there was an older lady that he was helping that he was extremely rude to. This employee needs complete correction I cant believe they would allow him to continue to work there. normally they have very courteous and helpful employees and great service but not today.

Fellow Chicoans, If you have a distaste for the USPS lines, inefficiency, attitude, inconsistencies and exasperation, why not take a walk on the brighter side and give your patronage to a business worthy of your time and money? The Postal Station is fast, friendlly, personable, experienced, NICE, efficient, and locally owned and run. The owner himself works there daily and they appear to be as close knit as a working family. Maybe they are. I dont know but as far as providing a service... they consistently deliver top shelf customer experiences with a casual friendliness that comes from knowing what the #^%* it takes to get your packages safely where theyre going . With such nominal fees that you wont even notice any unexpected charges . But what you WiLL notice is that you leave there feeling better than when you went in and for no apparent reason except the whole crew is just professional and chill simtaineoisly. Why would anyone ever go to the Vallombrosia P. O. when Postal Station does everything the government offices do ( and so much more like charming trinkets, gifts, artisan jewelry, accessories) Come to think of it....I think ill stop by, rent a P.O. Box, send a fax and have this post notarized. Because they do all that too.Im a little bit of a mess at times but these guys help me get thru all my shipping needs. Did I mention they like dogs? Whats not to love about THE POSTAL STATION ❤New post: In one word?Tonya. She needs her own superhero name like...Tremendous Tonya! Her mantra would be kinda like Buzz lightyear..I WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND!!Where did they find her? She is rather like a warm chocolate chip cookie made with an easy bake oven...causing her customers to say things such as awe Shucks Tonya. You really didnt have to do THAT, but by golly Im sure glad ya did!!!Anyway. Yeah. Shes a keeper.Ooh and hey. A huge shout out to ( name to come in edit) the sweet and attentive little brunette who I think may have memorized every single PO Box and the customer it belongs to by heart and who, like a mind reader, hands you your mail before you can say could you please .... Here you are Mrs so andso!. Mail from your box 1435. Can I help you with anything else ? check my mail.... Oh wow. OkThanks!Weirdly you never see her actually GO and get the mail. It just appears in her hand even tho shes been standing there since you walked in. Truely magical that one.Finally in closing...... why is everyone who works there so darn good looking? Is that in the original job description or does good customer service and great business practive just breed good genes? Hmmm.

Efficient and friendly staff. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. Its a small place but they offer shipping services from USPS, FedEx, and UPS, you can get custom rubber stamps made, get a PO Box, They also Offer Notary services. They have a wide variety of shipping and packing supplies. Not to mention the awesome little treasures they have for sale and they seem to add new stuff all the time.
