The waiting time to see a store representative that morning was very short. I was greeted with courtesy and a smile. I was asked how I could be helped, and the process of having a sim card replaced was quick. I was in and out of the store in no time. Overall, I was pleased with the quality of service and the level of professionalism received.

I had to go in with a client to help her and she was mentally handicapped and gets upset easily well Tim was absolutely hands down the best and most importantly kind his hospitality skills and empathy was extremely helpful and appreciated. The bill continues to climb and after several phone calls and no resolution, I went into the xfinity store and waited am hour there while they took walk in customers ahead of me. When my patience ran out I decided to cancel service and then was given 3 different stories as to how I will be billed again for a cycle that hasnt even begun, I would receive a refund and also I had a zero balance. Nothing was explained and there are no resolutions, they simply dont know dont care.

Tim helped us get all the benefits possible. Even worked long and hard to get things accomplished with a difficult situation. Prices are sweet. Good move on our part to shop there.

Smelled like a mix of body and cigarette smoke. Lots of people in there, coughing (ick) and very little airflow as well as very slow help (as with just about every communications type store). We went and grabbed some cinnabons in the attached marketplace and shared with the people wed been waiting next to for a long time to make the time happier for the long-haulers waiting for assistance. We did finally get some help with cancelling service for a family member that passed away. I had called before coming in to try to resolve my issue over the phone (which was hell....) And then was told it was an in-store problem anyways. Be ready to barely be able to understand customer service on the phone line. So thats how we spent the first couple hours of the day. Best luck!

I stayed on the phone with Xfinity Mobile for over an hour, being transferred around, just to receive a proof of purchase for a phone I bought from them. After an hour wasted, they said they would email it to me within 24 hours, or I could go into the store. Forced to visit the store because, 72 hours later, I still hadnt received the proof of purchase as promised, I am now waiting in the Chico store, wasting more time. I was told four people were ahead of me, which is somewhat understandable, but I just need a receipt. So, Im leaving this review because I watched an Xfinity Mobile representative named Oscar standing at the entrance doing nothing waiting to check people in. His job is to check people in, yet minutes passed multiple times with no new customers needing checked in; instead of helping me with a receipt, he chose to do nothing. Common sense is very uncommon at the Chico, CA, store. I look forward to the survey.

We have been to xfinity four times getting equipment, attempting to get a bill issue resolved. Very unhappy with the level of service provided. We made changes to reduce our bill and just received current bill and guess what? It went up! They did not change or update ANYTHING! So I have to go again!

Xfinity is literally the worst service you will ever use and experience. Not only is the service not reliable and goes out without warning, but customer service doesn’t exist. They will just tell you what you want to hear, but never actually do their job to fix any issues you have. They will add things to your account without approval. Each store doesn’t actually have any power and when you call to try and get someone higher up,all of the people you talk to are not even from anywhere in the US. They won’t direct you to a manager, they say someone will call back and they never do. No one seems to be able to provide solutions and all they do is tell you they are sorry- no one actually provides customer SERVICE, as in helping find solutions. I feel I am pretty understanding but I honestly feel like I am being gaslit when I deal with Xfinity. Horrific, even canceling with them is a nightmare. Will never do business with them again.

Do not, i repeat do not even contemplate signing up for their mobile service. they will say, as long as you dont activate you wont have to do anything if you change your mind about switching services and that is a lie. I have wasted three hours of my life trying to cancel the service i never even used and it is still not resolved. i was also harassed by the dude on the phone, i dont call xfinity to hear i have a beautiful voice.
