Jeff Fowler is extremely responsive to his clients. Whenever I e-mail or call his office, he is very quick in responding and providing all the important and necessary information. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is ok with me and my family and that our needs are met. He is very professional, but friendly and helpful. He is knowledgeable and well connected. He can quickly and easily set me up with any competitive service I need for a situation Im experiencing. The topic of insurance coverage can be complicated and daunting, but Jeff breaks it down into easily understandable tidbits. He makes sure Im taking advantage of all the cost-saving opportunities available to me...every time!

So many great things to share about my experience with Jeff as he handles both our auto and home insurance but the most important would have to be his availability. Its not a 1-800 number you are calling when you need something - hes quick, professional and has his clients best interests at heart. Wouldnt go with anyone else for insurance (which is why I always recommend him to my family and friends) - Thanks Jeff and team!!

Ive been with Jeff Fowler Insurance for more than 5 years and theyve always taken great care of me. After the Covid shut down, I was driving less so I asked Erin to re-evaluate my auto and home insurance. She was able to save me a well over $500. I recently referred a friend and she saved close to $600. Solid company - Great people !!

I have never met an agent like Jeff. I live where its tough to get and keep insurance. Jeff has been able to keep my house insured thru top rated companies, and has kept me out of the CA insurance plan. Thats huge! He called me the day of the Camp Fire to assure me I was insured and then followed up and was the first person to tell me he thought my house had survived the fire! He puts up with my inquiries and makes sure that we review my coverage to ensure Im covered should there ever be another catastrophe! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS TEAM!!

I have been with Jeff Fowler Insurance Services since the beginning. I left the big name firm because I didnt want to deal with 1800 numbers and being on hold for way too long. Since transitioning over our personal and commercial insurances whether it has been car accidents or homeowners issues Jeff has been there, not only is his follow up amazing, but when the insurance companies come back with less than favorable outcomes he personally goes to bat for you to get you what you deserve.I would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone.

Jeff covered my insurance needs when I first moved to Chico, and has been taking care of me ever since. When I have a question, he gets right back to me. When I needed a new policy, he did the research and got me the right product. Honest, responsive and forthright. What else can you ask for in an agent? If you have an insurance need, Jeffs your man.

Call me old fashioned, but I like dealing with an Insurance Agent that knows me by name, not just some #. Jeff and his staff are always easy to get in touch with, and fast to respond. I have everything from Workmans Comp, Homeowners and Auto policies with him, and have been very happy with his team.

Cant say enough good things about JFowler Insurance. I got a good price when I switched. Found me an alternative to a high priced flood insurance I used to have (they just did it, I didnt even ask). Super helpful when I had an issue. And got right back to me when I needed a declaration page. And great people too!

I recently had a vehicle that was a total surrender (my truck tried to go swimming). Jeff was there with me every step up the way and knew exactly what was gong to happen before it did. I am thankful to have used him to allow my wife and I to relax and know that we were taken care of. He was even so kind as to come and put water wings on my new trucks windshield wipers so I wouldnt have that problem again. Great service and a sense of humor!
