I got the Touring and I love it! Its almost a work of art. But I also love the company as they are super responsive. After unboxing I saw that the stem mounted headlight was damaged in transit. I reached out on FB messenger and got a reply from Joey in less than 1 minute. In about 5 minutes I had an order number for a replacement. I didn’t talk to someone who asked me how my day was going and then read from a flow chart. Instead I talked to someone who puts food on their table by producing the best product they can make and by backing that product with the best service they can offer. Joey also linked me to some time stamped sections of videos to help me tighten up a couple of things and that was really helpful as it was all in real time. Because this scooter is so adjustable, be prepared to make some adjustments! Youre fine tuning a steel violin. Also the people who work the chat at the website are SUPER helpful!Some highlights:Amazing deck (height and size)Great accelerationFantastic suspensionGood brakingBuilt to lastTurns heads :-)Perfect for rough city riding, tackles bumps that used to make me stop and dismount on my old scooterPlug and play partsThe Touring is a beautiful machine. Almost every detail seems well thought out. The plug and play nature of the parts makes it easy to replace them (like my headlight). The deck is like a surfboard compared to the deck of my last scooter, a U-scooter Eco (any takers?). Everything clicks into place and it rides really well. Im in NYC and this is perfect for the mean streets of New York. It eats hills for breakfast. And its top speed (for me) of about 22 mph is as fast as I want to go in the city. And it freaking turns heads. Perfect strangers have been coming up to ask me about it!A couple of small issues that I havent seen in published pro reviews: The first is a design detail that they have a video for so it’s a known issue. When you unlock the tension bar that allows the stem to raise or lower, the stem will easily get out of alignment with the wheel, and you have to re-align it when you raise the bar to its riding position. Its easy to align but mildly annoying. Also I find the trigger throttle at slow speeds to be a bit jerky, but not a big deal. This is a great, beautifully made scooter that was made for people who want to ride, and ride hard. Search online and in pro reviews for the 7% discount code. Would I buy it again now that Ive ridden it? 100% YES! What would I trade it for? The purple Touring thats coming out soon :-) -- I just couldnt wait!Thanks Voro, Joey, AJ and all the people behind the scenes who “get it”. By being responsive.
