I was delighted with our entry doors that General installed. The entire team was outstanding and quickly responded to my inquiry and setting up an appointment. The technicians who came to our home to initially take measurements and again to install the entry door were very professional and courteous and Covid safe.they’re the only door company that I seen who had just about all measurements of doors in their inventory. So I called him on a Thursday and they took the measurements on a Saturday. And my door was installed a week later.It amazing how our doors looks. I would definitely recommend Davit and his team.

We had our new iron doors installed by these guys and the whole experience was amazing. From start to finish - from A to Z. First, Davit gave us the quotation over the email. Then he even accommodated us on Sunday, so my wife could see and touch the doors we picked up online. No sales pressure at all. They covered the inside of my house & furniture before starting, took off old doors, installed new frame, installed doors, painted moulding, all in about 5 hours. They look absolutely beautiful. We purchased our doors online but Davit was great to help us through FaceTime to measure the dimensions correctly and we had very good communication during the design. He kept updating us throughout the process. Once the doors were ready, he and his team delivered them from California to Utah and installed the door for a reasonable price. They stock a great selection as well as different sizes of doors in the store. If they don’t have what you are looking for, they will order it and or have a design fabricated for you.The door we selected was not in stock at the time we inquired about it. The business owner, Dave informed us that the door we wanted was on back order and would be available in two weeks. During the time we waited for our doors, we were sent an email and text messages giving us status until the doors came in.When the doors arrived, Dave called and sent pictures for our approval. My wife and I were happy with the pictures and gave Dave the green light to deliver and install. To our surprise, the doors were scheduled for delivery and installation the next day.The doors were installed with great care . After a month of admiring my neighbors new doors, I got up the courage to ask where they got them. The neighbor gave me the phone number to General Iron Doors and highly recommended them, so we immediately called them. Thinking that it was a weekend, we thought we would get an answering machine and leave a message for Monday, but the owner answered the phone. We gave him our address and he said I know where that is, I can be there in 15 minutes. He came over right away and answered all our questions, took measurements and promised us a quote, and drawings of the door we wanted. We received the drawings and the price quote within a day, and he was very reasonably priced. At this point we were really impressed that he had done everything he said he would, so we ordered the doors.A few months later the doors came in, we agreed on an install date, and his installers came for the installation. They were very clean & had masked everything off with plastic, so there wasnt a lot of dirt and mess inside the house. The install went smoothly and turned out beautiful!The doors are of the highest quality, and really changed the look of the house.This was definitely one of the smoothest projects that I have had done to my home. I would definitely recommend this company! 10 stars!!!

The day that the installers came to our home, the first thing that they did was cover up our hallway entrance and all the floors to make sure that the house does not get damaged or dirty in any way while they remove and replace the door.
