2024-06-04 02:13:57I purchased a Roadrunner Pro from VoroMotors. It came in a nicely packed box completely sealed with no visible damage. I LOVE this scooter. It is fast and made well. I had a few issues with accessories and their customer service staff(mainly Maila Rey) took absolutely great care of me. She was attentive and very responsive to my issues and she went out of her way to rectify. She is the best. Thanks VoroMotors for a great product and a fabulous customer service staff. Vince!

2024-02-26 13:32:51I ordered a Wolf King GT pro and a few other orders for accessories without any issue. Customer service was quick to respond each time I had a question. I found they have several self help videos for maintenance and up keep of my scooter. They are extremely helpful and quick to listen. They sent me several emails after I purchase my scooter to see how things were going. I definitely recommend them to others.

2024-04-16 02:39:45Google wont let me post all the failed attempts for voro to deliver. $4100 Wolf King GTR came with bad steering otherwise perfect. I sent it back with their graciousness for free to fix. It was returned 2 months later as in the pics. Looks like this is a common theme with Voro Motors if you see the review before mine of a damaged GTR. They have told me they will send the plastic controllers for ME to replace but no mention of the bent frame?? I have requested a refund on a vehicle I have never ridden and got no response. ******As of 2/28 I have been in contact with Melvin and we are working on a solution. Voro has acknowledged damages and they are even considering a local affiliate to help me. I still dont have the finished product but I am pleased with the effort. Two months later I have a more damaged scooter than before and only solution is to fix it myself. As of 4/1 I have a functional scooter that is impressive. All damaged parts were sent new to me. Not a perfect situation and fortunately I have motorcycle repair skills. Ideally these should come by freight and not UPS. VORO’s team was very supportive throughout this however I cant give the best rating because I dont have exactly what I paid for. Update 4/15-scooter is fast and functional except there is a nois from the front brakes during left turns. As I am on the east coast and they aren’t there have been issues from day 1. I wouldn’t recommend them but they have the market on Kaboo scooters and they know it.

2024-02-11 18:14:25My very first electric vehicle purchase and Im glad it was from Voro motors. They have a good size parking lot for you to try out the very many scooters and e-bikes they have and the staff is very knowledgeable about everything they sell. I purchased the Emove Roadrunner V2. With a good size battery, better range than most and great for commuting, I got a good bargain within the $1400 price range. I did purchase a bike lock from them which comes in handy. The reason I took off one star is not related to their customer service but to a quirk that I encountered with the bike they sold me. I was going over 30 miles an hour one night when I hit a bump and the left foot peg broke right off leaving my left foot suspended in air at that speed. I was very disappointed and decided to cut short my commute and run home to use my car. I did email Voro motors about the issue and they promptly returned my email offering to replace it for free as it had been only two weeks since I had purchased the ebike. As much as I wanted to get replacements, I was very agitated about a new ebike having this problem and decided not to go to their store and instead go to Lowes home-improvement store and get a heavy duty metal rod to use as a foot peg. I used heavy duty bungee cord to secure it to the metal frame. For now it serves the purpose but I might get it permanently welded on from a metal shop. This new arrangement with the metal rod gives me more room to place my feet and also does not cause fatigue for my thighs as I have more room to move my feet around and change position. I will say however that if youre riding for more than an hour, your underside is going to hurt and I did make a suggestion with their company to use memory foam on their seat cushions. I will also have to get the brakes looked into as they have started to squeak and its been only a month now since my purchase. Overall I like this ebike and Im going to keep it even though I had emailed their corporate department saying that I might sell it because of the foot peg issue. I have found that the sweet spot between speed and range lies on dual motor - speed #2 and you can easily achieve over 30 miles at 30 miles an hour. I have tested this several times and it has always worked. I did two commute tests in different directions, the first one was from Sunland to Pasadena (total 22 miles) and I still had 1/4 battery left. On this one, I kept it at 28 miles an hour. (I did email them about incorporating cruise control). For the second test, I went from Sun Valley to Laurel Cyn & Ventura Blvd and back, total 29 miles round trip. The gauge showed 1/4 battery left but I think it was on the final leg and it could have cut out any moment. All in all, for a $1400 ebike, commuting 30+ miles on a single charge is quite an achievement. In the near future, I might consider their pro model of the roadrunner provided all the quirks Ive been addressed.

2024-04-05 02:23:10Bought my Wolf King GT Pro from Voro and after 1 year my scooter was sent in from Washington D.C for repair on Oct 17th. After 5 months without my scooter and endless emails and phone calls it was clear to me that VoroMotors was not capable or willing to repair my scooter correctly. I was sent back a scooter (after over 5 months) that was damaged and broken and unsafe to ride. VoroMotors damaged my fairly new tires and used a glue gun to keep them on the wheels. Both tires were flat and would not hold air, countless scratches and cosmetic damage to the scooter. The brakes did not work at all and some suspension bolts were either completely missing or loose. I was so disappointed and scared for my safety I took it to a reputable repair shop and paid for the repairs and it was fixed in less than 3 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM VOROMOTORS OR HAVE YOUR SCOOTER REPAIRED BY THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY AND YOUR PROPERTY.

2024-06-06 20:38:41DO NOT BUY. I purchased the EMOVE Cruiser S, brand new out of the box I’ve had nothing but issues. To top it off, they have the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service people are friendly, but clueless on how to fix any issues and Voro motors is unwilling to work with me. I received a scooter which out of the box will not even get close to the advertised speed of 33 mph or (up to). If it’s advertised that it can do 33 mph and 62 miles of range, you best bet I expect to at least get close to those metrics. The highest I can get is 20mph. The battery completely drained within 5 miles of riding (yes it was fully charged). I spoke with their customer service team because I wanted to return the scooter, there’s no way I want to keep a scooter that is faulty right out of the box. They told me they do not issue returns or refunds if a scooter has already been used, so HOW then can I know if the scooter works or not IF I DONT RIDE IT or test it??? The only resolve they could come up with is for me to take out my battery, send it to them and have them send me a replacement battery. I am already having to take apart my scooter fresh out of the box. Folding the scooter is also not possible, the hole slot that locks the scooter into position is not even aligned with the bolt that slides into the slot, same thing when the scooter is unfolded, I have to hammer my palm into the bolt to forcefully slide it into the locked position. Voro has been shameless throughout my entire experience with them, they even nearly a week to ship out the scooter. I regret ever having bought it. Please do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere.Update: Changing my rating to 2 stars only because Voro agreed to allow me to return my scooter for a restocking fee since it had less than 10 miles on the odometer. Although their support team is very friendly and supportive, they are not knowledgeable as I was constantly being given mixed information about whether I could return the scooter or not. I was told they found no issues with the battery but I know what I experienced, my battery drained within only a couple miles of riding on two separate tests after fully charging the battery. This should not have been as difficult as it was to resolve the issue. Every time I was informed by a team member that there would be a follow up I never got one until I got one very friendly and helpful person who continued to follow up with me until I got my refund. Their testing should be more thorough considering the battery issues and not being able to fold the scooter since it wouldn’t lock into place.

2024-05-03 19:21:36AVOID SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON THEIR SCOOTERS.Recently, I experienced the worst customer service imaginable from Voromotors. Upon receiving the scooter, I discovered several damaged parts, rendering it completely unusable. Despite contacting customer service, their solution was to merely send replacement parts and expect me to handle the repairs myself. This response feels like a joke considering I paid the full price for a scooter that arrived broken and unusable. This lack of accountability is outrageous, especially considering I paid full price for a dysfunctional scooter that hasnt even turned on since its arrival. To add insult to injury, they didnt even offer a partial refund. Im sharing my story to warn others against purchasing from a company that lacks any semblance of customer support.

2024-02-28 17:17:04I purchased an Emove Roadrunner V2. I use it to commute to work (about 11 miles round trip) and I love it. Gets up to 35 mph, has good range, is light enough to be portable and handle bars can be folded to make it very slim for storage. The customer service at Voro Motors has been great whenever I’ve had any questions. Would highly recommend
