We went in to the Walmart only but it looked like it was an old JC Pennys that closed and they just moved in. Its 2 story and poorly designed. Very busy. They did have a lot of handicapped ♿️ parking spaces which I have to use when available. I hope I never need to go back.

This place needs more of a lively feel. Stores dont last here. Some stores open and then theyre unexpectedly closed. There is no consistency in business hours for some stores. Mainly the people go here for the food court and to get to Walmart from inside the mall.

Review for December 2021. Let me first start off by saying that I have not seen this mall for a very long time. I have forgotten on how small this mall is. Im not guilty, to say that I absolutely remember when I used to come here as a teenager. So many memories here. Nevertheless the place looks pretty much the same and it is still open for business so thats a good thing

Its worth going even though its old and many of the stores have closed down. Obviously Walmart is whats keeping this decrepit place going.It is a safe and clean place and the food court does offer a variety of things.It takes about five minutes to walk all around the mall. Wonderful for older people just wanting to get out and have a place to go.

I only come here for either finishline or footlocker. But sadly, the Footlocker in this mall has also closed down. I used to shop there a lot but I heard due to high crimes, it decided to permanently close. I hope the other stores stay open or it will end up Iike a ghost mall.

Would have to agree with the previous reviewer. These stores, Fashion Q and Mode don’t let you try anything on and have a no returns policy if something doesn’t end up fitting. I don’t mind this mall, cheap cute clothes, used to go out my way to come here and shop plus get some good food and ice cream. Waste of time to come here now. Likely going to shut this place down soon anyway.

Parking sucks. Spaces are to close. I know that isnt the stores fault but Im just pointing out the obvious. Always busy on the weekends and evenings. I only do pick ups there because of how constantly its busy there. The city really needs to fix the parking ASAP. As to wonder they there are so many minor accidents. Horrible! Just horrible!

When my son and I walked in the building. It smelled so good with a sweet sent. We had no idea where or who it was coming from. Until about 3pm a new post opened up a bit before the middle coming from the food court right before the massage chairs. It was a crystal post. The attendant not only was so nice and patient with use. All while she was opening. Until she unwrapped the home made soaps that she had made. That wonderful and sweet aroma was from her making. They are $10 a bar of soap but by the sent/aroma alone as well the personal design she makes them. They look like crystal too. Something I would really enjoy having in my room and living room.

I love going to the tacos by the subway but theres a crazy heavy set homeless guy with no leg in a wheelchair who yells if you dont give him money by the dine tables, he spits everywhere too and scares the kids . The securities dont do anything about it and mind thier business makes me never want to step foot here again or that Wal-Mart again .Plus place been looking depressing and tore up .Just plain foul the rude people in the massage chairs just sitting there texting . Avoid this n@$+y mall go-to Fallbrook mall instead .

Horribly narrow lot lanes. Literally width of one car. If someone isnt pulled into spot, lane becomes impossible to drive down ... will need to back out. Also weird layout, all lanes were in same slanted direction.

This place is a scam. They don’t let you try things on, and they *also* do not let you return items for a refund. Only store credit- so they benefit either way. I go every other day lol. I love the deals and sale and the little hacks the employee say. I love their energy. Its clean in place but of course people move things. Go up stairs get off the elevator go to the right toward gardening or left depending how you come out and there is a clearance Ile I promise you wont disappoint lol but you gotta beat me to the good stuff. They price check online save you some money go to customer service. If you know self check out like me you can use multiple payments at once little cash little on one card little on another. I be in and out. Especially if your a little shy about your funds or what you use. We human I dont care but you know.

This is a small neighborhood like mall with only a few name brand stores. All other stores are small & individually owned. The most popular store is Walmart which is the largest store there. It is large but not a Super Walmart . It does have groceries but no produce.

This place has improved a little bit. I just wish people would stop stealing so they can stop keeping items locked up. The waiting game has people frustrated. Overall you can buy everything here. Always stocked with items. Its always packed but its my go to store. I feel like the lines can improve more, open more registers so the long line does not end up by the clothing area people cant walk through sometimes. Especially at the exit the whole check your receipt thing is too much, scanning items & receipts can be a bit of a waist of time. If customers already passed through scanned and paid why do we have to wait even more to exit. Please keep sanitized wipes stocked by the carts sometimes it be empty when people grab a cart and needs a wipe to clean the germs so kids wont get sick. Overall tight and neat place, stocked shelves.

I visit this mall and pretty much disappointed. The massage chairs are just filled with homeless people which is in the center in the mall which makes it unsafe for everyone else. Those useless chairs have to go instead of those chairs put bench’s or something more sanitary that discourages loitering other malls don’t have have those useless chairs.

Ok homeless do not all steal and and alot of them are very clean. All they are trying to get off the streets and back how they were before they came to lose there jobs and homes. Lets turn it around and is if you were in there foot steps and were to become homeless would you like people talking s**t and putting you down because no one give you a chance to do better. And yes I was homeless and lived out there with them someone helped me and now have my own place and drive a nice car but I still hang with them my friends and my Street family. Ive been treated kind of badly by the staff in a few stores I wont name them as I believe people are drowning in debt because of covid-19 and I dont want to contribute to a store closing by saying bad things about it. My eye doctor is amazing. She always available when needed and always explain everything. I love the fact she doesnt force me to stick to contacts that isnt comfy for me.. They have a new Dominican food restaurant there plus they have a new store half way thru the mall called ( into your health)The lady there even sell sea moss!!! Sea moss can be added to your smoothies or food it does great great wonderful work to your body.She has all kinds of vegan organic all natural products!Absolutely wonderful👍🏽👍🏾👍🏿

I have been going to this mall for years now. Though the services and content in the mall is not as grand or extravagant as larger malls this mall has improved a lot. The food court has more selections now. Stores and kiosks are clean and clutter free. I am only rating 4 stars for now because I see the potential for more and better changes in the future. Ah, the never changing Panorama Mall. Been coming here since i was a young kid. Mall is family oriented, usually gets kinda crowded in the weekends. Overall, its the great stores & eatery that draws crowds. Oh, & Wal Mart is connected at the end of the mall.

Great location to do some quick shopping or get a bite to eat in the food court parking is plentiful but always crowded. I suggest going in the afternoon on weekdays or else you might have a hard time try not to bump into people. area is loud an entrance is also connected to the Walmart in case you need to go in there but also makes it even more crowded

Im really not a fan of this mall at all, small and dont like the area. I only go when I absolutely have to. Theres a Forever 21 and Game Stop which are the only two stores I really go to at this mall. I would go across the parking lot to Wendys if you are hungry. Their food court has too many people all in a small place. * Both Forever 21 and GameStop has since closed down.

The shops are actually pretty good here. Also fairly priced. Really good place to find clothes for your under 18 year old kids. Very good selection of girl clothing here. Dont bother with the electronics store though. Extremely over priced. It is very well stocked though. The 3 stars is for the Mall itself. Looks like the side of the L.A river on the main street side. The parking lot side makes you wanna go elsewhere. Use the parking lot for cars. Usually a circus or used car auction going on and always bacon dog vendors all over the rest of it. Risk hitting a kid doing laps to find parking that is full of vendors. Focus on hosting mall and cleaning the perimeter around it. Need business to bring up standards they drove down. They lost McDonalds. Maybe theyll learn from it. The indoor food court also good. The tenants in the mall are on it. Good food. Good clothes. Horrid landlords.

Went to pick up an order placed online and only had 2 out of 12 items.Ordered online paid online and got my scan and receipt saying ready for pickup.Only 2 items.What happened there? Landscape Mall is a good region to keep. lots of parking. but, all the establishments which might be currently open for business have suffered foot visitors. You can find any and everything, but the lines are always so long, theres only one to two checkout counters open as large as the place is, they have like six cash registers but only two people working. But I must say they have a lot of people on the floor that are very helpful. The Exchange line is extremely long they have three cash registers but only one is always open, I just dont get that, overall I will recommend Walmart in Porter Ranch much much better.

Filthy piece of property around the perimiter. Tremendous crime in the parking lot, experienced and saw about 3 incidents in one week!! Homeless population engorged in every nook and cranny. Its usually slow getting through heavy traffic in the area.Then .... parking in the lot ?-- The lot has exceptionally crowded & narrow driving aisles.& pedestrian traffic frequently seems to be non-stop through the lot, with almost every person assuming to take the right-of-way way; so not even watching for vehicles moving through the parking lot. Frankly, its sometimes scary trying to safely drive through this shopping area, trying not to get into an accident.I still shop there occasionally; but usually try to avoid that whole area in Panorama City..

So much parking space! It is a very small Mall, and it is often crowded, (not ideal with COVID) however, there is a great variety of products, and the prices are very reasonable. Definetely come here for shoping, but take your precautions. Wear your mask!

I usually feel comfortable Everywhere I Go but sometimes when Im walking this mall I have the feeling of Doom and I just need to get out of there. I like coming here for the El Gallo Giro, thats a very good place to eat. But walking into the Walmart over there sometimes feels like youre possibly risking your life. This plaza isnt bad. Reason I say plaza is because it shouldnt even be considered a mall. Mall has two floors at least. This has one. I believe it to be some joke from the people who named it. It has decent stores. Not many. Doesnt have many brand name stores like your typical mall does. Looks more of like a swap meet. Mainly the Latin community from this area come to this plaza. I will admit. Certain stores in this plaza have good deals that you cant compare to other malls. Its an alright place.

Panorama Mall is a good place to shop. Plenty of parking. However, all the establishments that are currently open for business have suffered foot traffic. So it’s a very basic one story mall. It’s conveniently located by Walmart and Aldi’s, Starbucks and many other shopping places. It’s just off of Roscoe. It was my first time going to the mall so it’s very nice. They open at 11 AM. For the best mall experience I recommend Topanga mall in Woodland Hills. They happen to be giving away giant boxes of free food apparently? I asked about it but I got different answers from people. Apparently it was a DoorDash pick up service which I think is totally amazing. And it was all happening in the Walmart parking lot. 👍 God bless America USA USA USA

Parking can sometimes be difficult to find but youre better off parking all the way in the back if you expect to get inside and roam around. Tired and tacky. This mall has always been made fun of since I can remember. Since at least the early 1980s. But it had only gone downhill from there. For me, personally. Crappy stores and packed with people most of the time. Shopping for what, I dont know. Wal Mart is PACKED almost as soon as they open, and the McDonalds seems to be some sort of hang out for senior citizens and families with lots of kids. This mall is an amazing place. Usually sometimes they have a carnival outside of the place. They have so many stores that allow do you get all the clothes you want. If youre there for the Walmart go up the street to the Neighborhood Grocery Walmart off of Nordhoff and Van Nuys Boulevard or head up to the Porter Ranch store or the one in Burbank theyre all much better than this one. As with the many places ive been the past few days, temporarily homeless it were... I was very tired. I almost tripped walking through thr parking lot when my foot cought a speghetti pot-sized pot-hole. Ironic, eh? They hsd some clothing and food at ectremely low prices affording me the ability to maintain living on the streets for just a couple cold evenings. Kudos to the fine staff st Wal yttkmart, especially the gentleman who scanned me out in line so i didnt have to self- checkout. I rarely buy anything here because this is more like a swap meet than a mall. There are only 3 flagship stores here; Foot Locker, Finish Line and Wal-Mart. Theres a few cellphone companies inside, a Dominos, a Subway and a The Buffalo Spot. Everything else is a small business or a mom and pops type of retailer and a mom and pops type of restaurant. The food court is currently closed due to covid-19 protocols and La Curacao has over priced electronics that are cheaper at a Best Buy. The mall is awesome. I took my roommate to get his phone free (obama) has real storefront. While he was there I went next door the Devlyn Glasses. I have very hard 3 lense script. EVERYWHERE else wants $450 or more. Devlyns Jose had them go to his lab, seriously half the price, I saved $200. When I picked up the glasses, they were perfect, didnt need adjustments or days getting use to. I left there with my glasses on driving everything was able to do without waiting to get use to them and dizzy. Go to Devlyns for your eye care needs, you will leave very happy with service/pricing.

The place is extremely dirty. Its gross. Very poor hygiene. Something needs to be done. The parking itself doesnt look safe. I will never go back there.

Honestly not sure how its considered a mall but its got some decent stores. Place was okay thats the best I can say, food court is lacking options as well but there is a Walmart next door which I suppose is a plus if you shop there.

For me i grew up alwayes going to the mall also theres always gonna be a nice employee to take your order or to help to find what youre looking for also if ypur kids lost the store will anounce the missing kid
