Great experience. Shiphawk is a great example of a compay that has figured out a perfect mix of awesome technology/software with just the right amount of a human touch. Hiromi, my account rep is awesome. Give her a raise ;) I really feel like she cares about me and my company and she showed it by going above and beyond to make sure that I received good service and had a good overall experience. Communication throughout the process was great. I honestly was shocked at how simple it was to book my first shipment. When I was finished I honestly thought that there had top be more to it.

DO NOT PAY FOR THEIR PRO SOFTWARE! I made the mistake and am still fighting to cancel it, months later and after having to cancel TWO CREDIT CARDS. They ignored numerous phone calls and emails requesting to cancel my subscription, while all the while continuing to charge my cards. I finally had to get new cards and file a claim against this company. Beware! Thievery aside, this program isnt even worth a one time charge of $10. Read the reviews in the App Store, they speak for themselves.
