RingRx has been a wonderful company to partner with for our ongoing telecommunication needs. We transitioned to them as our sole VOIP provider in early 2023. They made the process very easy with a dedicated representative to help us get started. They understood our needs, were able to help troubleshoot our specific needs and offered a few options in terms of pricing for the needs that we had. They provide an outstanding service for a very reasonable price.Over the last year, we have also had to make some changes and they were very quick to offer support and solutions. They welcome customer feedback and always strive for improvement. We have had very few instances of call quality concerns. The App and Website are both easy to use and user friendly. If you have any questions, their support team is just an email or call away.We are a 50 staff outpatient mental health practice and RingRx will likely meet our needs for a long time to come.

I switched our practice phone system to ring rx a year ago and have been very satisfied with the service. They have continued to make helpful updates to the system, and are always responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!

RingRx is an excellent service and one that I depend on to keep my therapy private practice running. The only thing I would like to see is the ability for clients to be able to send MMS through text. If the company allows for this, the rating would be a 5!

Unreliable service that would glitch on almost all of my phone calls. Had multiple potential clients frustrated when trying to have an initial conversation. Eventually I was working around using the service by calling people from my personal cell with a blocked called ID. I never received any follow up from RingRX when I emailed about the issue. I am giving two stars because the price point is as low as you will find and because other aspects of the service like getting the account setup and the voicemail functions were adequate. There are other options out there that will actually work and only cost a littoe more.

Love the service. The only problem I have currently is sending or responding to secure text. Otherwise, its a great service and provides HIPPA compliant communication with my clients and keeps great records of our communication, which is needed when doing Telehealth.

As the owner of a medical clinic, I was initially attracted to your service due to its HIPAA compliance. However, I have decided to transition to a more reliable provider due to critical issues affecting my operations. My phone often fails to ring, and I do not receive notifications for voicemails, causing me to miss a significant number of calls and text messages. Additionally, many messages I send are erroneously marked as spam, preventing effective communication with my patients. Several patients have reported that their attempts to contact me via calls or texts have been unsuccessful, which I never received. These communication barriers necessitate my move to a service that ensures the reliability and efficacy required for medical practice management.

The short version? RingRx caused me to lose money and clientele, and damaged my small business’ reputation. They did nothing to help or try to rectify the situation. Try Spruce Health instead. The long version? I opened my psychotherapy private practice last August and chose RingRx for a HIPAA compliant phone service. From the very first day, I started getting calls and texts from people saying things like, “I’ll call you right back” or “can I help you” or “why are you calling me?” Baffled, I emailed RingRx customer service and was told that, unfortunately, it looks like I had been assigned a number that was being also being used by a spam/scam operation, and there was nothing they could do about it. What?! I had already listed this number on my website and on paper flyers and business cards that I had mailed to local doctors to offer my services. So do I get a new number and throw away all that potential revenue, or do I keep the number and hope the scammer moves on? For a few months, I chose the latter because I was a brand new small business and couldn’t flush hundreds of dollars of marketing materials and thousands of dollars in referrals down the toilet. So the months went on, and I became accustomed to the daily 3-4 texts and calls from people who had been contacted by the scammer. I even included a message in my voicemail encouraging people to block my number if they received a call from it and hadn’t reached out to me. This caused confusion and privacy concerns for actual clients trying to reach me, but what else could I do? People were leaving me angry voicemails thinking they were receiving spam calls from a therapist. It was an impossible position to be in, and one that RingRx continued to state there was nothing they could do about other than change my number. The final straw came about 4 months into this fiasco. My business received its first Google review, something every business owner knows is vitally important. However, it wasn’t from a grateful client expressing how much I had helped them. No, it was from an angry individual stating that my practice was spamming his number despite never having contacted me. I now had a one star practice for any and all future clients to see.So, I flushed my marketing money and the income from potential client referrals down the toilet and closed my account. No way was I going to stay with them and just switch numbers. They had cost me an unknowable amount of revenue and did true damage to my reputation. How could this have happened with a company that markets itself as secure, safe and HIPAA compliant!?I moved to Spruce Health and have been thrilled with their service. It’s about $10 more a month, but the interface is modern and intuitive, a sharp contrast to RIngRx’s awkward and antiquated platform (seriously, it looks like it was built out in 2002 and hasn’t been updated since). Spruce also includes secure patient portals, which has greatly improved my client experience and further professionalized my business - the very opposite of what RingRx provided me.RingRx: I would highly suggest you make a practice of screening the numbers you assign to prevent these types of situations, and perhaps consider refunding me the cost of my subscription as a gesture of apology for the money I’ve lost.

I had my reservations about trying RingRx but I was starting a new solo medical practice with almost everything I had but retirement funds, I needed to minimize my overhead as much as possible. Their competitors plans were confusing, gave less and were far more expensive. All made you pay a ridiculous price for a desk phone or auto-attendant capability. I went ahead and went with RingRx and I have not regretted it! Be advised, if you are not familiar with the lingo of setting-up auto-attendants, menu etc. it can be a bit confusing until you get it and you may want to enlist someone to help. RingRx will help you also.My service with them has never had issues, other than on MY end with my internet and I just hit reset button and voila...it was back. It sends me a voicemail on my app, an email with the audio file and voice transcription. I have fax included. I mostly use a different fax in my medical record system, but use this as backup. I can text someone back through the app as well. Lastly, my bill has never fluctuated. There are no hidden costs that suddenly appear. I have made plenty of mistakes starting my own business with various vendors but this was NOT one of them! I hope this review helps small business owners or anyone trying to save money because RingRx has certainly been a winner for me!

I have been with them since opening my practice in 2021. Great customer service and quality product! We use the soft beta phone, text via the app, and landlines. You wont go wrong with RingRx!!

I have used RingRx in private practice for almost four years now. They’ve never raised their rates. $19 per month is a deal for the benefits gained from this HIPPA compliant service.
