Rent Grow is an example of how tech companies are run these days - focus on cash flow at all costs with zero regards to the people theyre harming. If youre goal in life is to make money at any cost, go work for these guys or become an assassin. Either works.

2024-01-26 15:31:20Blows big time! Keep getting calls from them while asleep and try to call them asking to stop They call at 3 am. Try calling the. And you get bounced everywhere. I’ve been on hold for an hour trying to get them to stop. They hand up and just are a mess. I don’t care what they do - use them at your own risk because based on our experience they are a hot MESS. I’d give them an negative t stars if possible

2023-03-23 17:31:40Rent Cafe will not allow to use my checking account to use their rent portal despite using my banks correct routing number & my correct account number. When tried the 1st time & failed, I checked the information, which was correct & still it would not work. My rent office which is very helpful tried to help me but not able to. I called the Yardi in California, but they refused to offer any help & told me to talk to my rent office.

2023-12-19 23:37:54I have an issue with the android app where the Check SCAN just gives me a white screen instead of letting me put the check details in. Property management are the only people that can put bug reports in but my property managers refuse to do that.

2022-11-09 17:33:04We have been dealing with so many issues with CRM and RentCafe for several months. Rent is not posting correctly, either tenants aren’t being charged or they are being charged twice or even three times. We are unable to move tenants in because our account isn’t set up properly. This causes further issues because the tenants aren’t able to submit maintenance requests.

2022-04-01 12:08:52Risk having your Yardi Point2Agent account closed if you complain about poor service.We were a loyal Point2Agent client for over 11 years. In the last couple of years we had repeated problems with not receiving email notifications for new leads. We complained and it was eventually fixed after several weeks, but we received no apology or compensation for the hundreds of leads we lost and they tried to blame the problem on us, suggesting we send spam and that had caused us to not receive their emails (?). We dont send spam, we have an excellent sender reputation and dont use Point2 to send any emails, so there is no way they would know what emails we are sending anyhow. When we pointed this out they could not give any clear technical explanation and clearly did not know what they were talking about.Exactly the same thing then happened again, causing us to miss even more leads and we were given the same opaque excuse. When we complained more forcefully they simply decided to close our account completely and kicked us off their platform altogether. They used the excuse that we are not a licensed broker, even though we are a transaction broker and fulfil all legal and licensing requirements in the jurisdiction in which we promote properties. They also hadnt had a problem with this position for the previous 11 years we had already been a customer.Appalling way to treat a longstanding customer. Stay clear.

2022-10-17 23:44:04Yardis VendorShield compliance process is consistently frustrating. They specify what verbiage to put on COIs for compliance, you put the exact requested verbiage on it, they decline it and want something else on it. Lather, rinse, repeat. Same experience every six months for years now. We literally can no longer work with clients that use VendorShield. Its a completely incompetent compliance process.

2020-01-18 20:35:10This company owns a very shady product called Rent Cafe which is the software many property managements use for rent payments. My favorite was when they were down at the beginning of the month in November, followed by them not charging my rent at ALL for the month of January even though I am on autopay. This software company seems to have no desire for consistency and is causing a headache for most of the members of my complex. I travel and need automatic payments so believe me when I say I will never again even lease with an apartment that uses this company for their software.
