We took a LA VIP car service from the San Pedro cruise port to LAX on 27 Feb 22. This review is basically a two-part review. First, the actual service provided. Chad was our driver. He arrived a little early which was good because we got off the ship a little sooner than expected. Chad called and texted to establish contact. He was driving a Chevy Suburban. It was clean and comfortable. Chad was very polite and friendly for the trip. It was a very enjoyable trip. I would rate the actual service as five stars. Secondly, the using the web site to schedule the pickup. On the web site you are quoted a price for the trip and presented with a “purchase” icon to click. After the web page refreshes the amount charged is higher than the amount originally quoted. There were two items added: California state tax, $13.12, and a “Surcharge”, $13.81. I sent an email asking about the surcharge. It’s for “cleaning, toll fee, gas, etc”. While this might not be a lot of money, for me it is deceptive to quote a price for a service and then add additional charges without giving the customer a chance to see those charges. And in this case additional charges for “cleaning, toll fee (there were no tolls on our route that I saw), and gas, all items that I believe should have been included in the original quote once the route was established. Deceptive pricing. I give the web page process of scheduling the service one star. If you look on the Internet and note this business has slightly lower prices listed than their competitors, now you know why.

We have been members of Bizhaus El Segundo for over 2 years and it is one of the best business decisions I have made! We had our own office for 30 years and hassling with the internet, cleaning staff, water, electric, supplies was always a time-waster! Keith and Joe, the owners, provided a great solution! They ensure everything is handled on a high level of efficiency and are easy to reach if we need them personally! I no longer worry about internet issues, utilities, housekeeping, stocking the kitchen, cleaning the coffee pot - none of that! The Front Office greets our visitors with professionalism, letting us know when visitors arrive. The kitchen is always well-stocked with coffees, teas and other beverages. The co-workers are professional in the open areas so the noice is at a minimum. We have a glassed-in office with an abundance of internet and power ports and it is cleaned nightly. If we need assistance setting up new equipment, staff are happy to help. Thirsty Thursdays, Seasonal lunches (and major sporting events :) bring everyone together for drinks and snacks so you can network and weve found great business resources in our building - like our phone carrier and some new clients! If we need conference room or other extra workspace, it is easy to book online. As a business owner, being a BizHaus member has saved me time and money allowing me to focus on our company growth and clients. They are always looking to open other locations (maybe Woodland Hills for our 2nd office??) so if you want one near you - let them know you are interested. I highly recommend the Bizhaus company for any small company who wants to focus their time and expenses on growing their business! The other shared workspaces dont come close to what the Bizhaus team provides in member service! Thank you Keith & Joe!!
