I had booked rides to my son’s wedding for my grandsons and their sitter(4 and 2 years old) with a different car service. The night before the wedding, the other car service bagged on me. I found VIP online and called at 11pm and spoke with Adam. He took down all my information including a request for 2 car seats. I received an email confirmation immediately after the call. The driver’s arrived on time and were incredibly nice and professional. I highly recommend and will use their service again.

We hired LA VIP Car Service for our wedding and they exceeded our expectations. Car was clean, driver was professional and did everything to make sure we had smooth transportation from wedding and to reception. The driver arrived early, helped us with all our bags and made sure the bell hop handled our bags with care at the hotel we were staying at. Great service and recommend them for transportation.

Service was fantastic. First time in LA so got the car for a day (11 hrs) with a list of places to see. Got to all the places we knew of and our driver took us around to places we didnt even know about. Got to see way more of LA than we thought we would. It was a fantastic experience.

We used this company for my husband’s birthday trip to LA. We originally booked 4 hours hourly rate to take us around LA. Our Driver Ryan made our experience so amazing we extended our time and booked Ryan for the next day too. We had a list of places we hoped to see on our weekend. Thanks to LA VIP & especially Ryan we not only saw everything but he took us to many other awesome places we didn’t even know about. We weren’t sure if it would be worth the money but it absolutely was. Very professional company. We recommend you use this company and ask for Ryan in the Lexus.

These guys were fantastic. I needed a van for 8 people with luggage for two trips relatively last minute. They not only accommodated me, but gave me an outstanding rate. Their vans were clean. They had a car seat available. Their drivers were ultra professional and drove extremely safe. I will be using them any time I am in Los Angeles.

I had serval meeting is Los Angeles County and a few in Orange County California. My assistant had found me a few transportation service providers doing her research on Google and Yelp. After I had called all of them, I chose to make my reservations with L.A. V.I.P. Car Service. They come as advertised. Indeed they are L.A.s #1 Black Car Service.I was tired of requesting rides with Uber to have the driver not show up, or cancel last minute and me having to stress over making sure I get a driver to show up on time. So I made a reservation with this company a day before and they guaranteed me on time service. The driver showed up in a nice, luxury, and very clean car. He opened the door for me, he offered available refreshment and condiments, he asked me if I had a preferred rout I wanted him to take, overall, he was very professional, patient, and courteous. My reservation was for 8 hours going to different places in Los Angeles on one day and the next day I spend a good 7 hours in Orange County. I was able to get some work done while we were on the road, and review my meeting material one more time before getting to the meetings. This made the day stress free, and very pleasant. The driver knew his way around the city, so every time we had a road block or hit the unbearable LA traffic, he knew how to get us out it and be back on clear road in no time. Hands down the best service I experienced with any of the previous private chauffeured driver for hire car service companies I had used in the past. Not to forget, Todd, the guy with whom I spoke on the phone and who helped me with the reservations, he was very courteous and professional himself. Everything he promised me, he delivered.Next time, when I need a driver for hire, I will most definitely use L.A. V.I.P. Car Service. Tad told me they also do point to point pickup/drop-off services, night out in town, going to concerts, restaurants, private events, corporate events, sightseeing, tours, wineries, proms, weddings, airport & seaport transportations, and so much more. If you need to hire a driver for any reason, just give them a call, if you are lucky and you get Todd on the phone, youd be giving you a peace of mind and suggest you the best solution for your need and explain to you exactly how everything will work out. I recommend this guys 100% over anyone else in Los Angeles. I have used many companies in the past, but nothing comes even close to these guys let alone be comparable. She also made an extra trip to and from the airport because we had issues with our wheelchairs and the airline. We took a LA VIP car service from the San Pedro cruise port to LAX on 27 Feb 22. This review is basically a two-part review. First, the actual service provided. Chad was our driver. He arrived a little early which was good because we got off the ship a little sooner than expected. Chad called and texted to establish contact. He was driving a Chevy Suburban. It was clean and comfortable. Chad was very polite and friendly for the trip. It was a very enjoyable trip. I would rate the actual service as five stars. Secondly, the using the web site to schedule the pickup. On the web site you are quoted a price for the trip and presented with a “purchase” icon to click. After the web page refreshes the amount charged is higher than the amount originally quoted. There were two items added: California state tax, $13.12, and a “Surcharge”, $13.81. I sent an email asking about the surcharge. It’s for “cleaning, toll fee, gas, etc”. While this might not be a lot of money, for me it is deceptive to quote a price for a service and then add additional charges without giving the customer a chance to see those charges. And in this case additional charges for “cleaning, toll fee (there were no tolls on our route that I saw), and gas, all items that I believe should have been included in the original quote once the route was established. Deceptive pricing. I give the web page process of scheduling the service one star. If you look on the Internet and note this business has slightly lower prices listed than their competitors, now you know why.

Best car service I have ever dealt with. I flew here from the east coast to bring my son to college. The driver met me at the airport ( they can track your flight), took me and my son to the house we rented and then he took us to area stores to shop for everything we needed for the dorm. I also had the same driver the next day for college move in day. So helpful and accommodating. Fred was the kindest man and very knowledgeable.

Luis is the best! He picked me up at LAX and took me to my mom’s house. It was a bit of a stressful trip because she’s experiencing a lot of memory loss as of late at age 77. It was nice to have such a wonderful person to chat with. Everything was on time and the trip was perfect! And what a nice surprise to have the same driver pick me up and take me back to the airport.The car was like new and clean! We used this car service for the BTS concert at the SoFi Stadium. From asking for a quotation to making the reservation, to revising that confirmation, until the day of service itself, everything was handled very smoothly! Lupe from dispatch did such a great job assisting me all throughout! Thank you so much! It was so smooth I had to keep double-checking because I couldnt believe it, I kept thinking Thats it? Were good? On the day of, Chad the designated driver arrived earlier than the appointed pick-up, and made sure that we had a clear picture of what to expect after the event, especially with the crowd and traffic. He was very communicative and, again, we got out of there pretty fast, all things considered! Our trip was hassle-free because of their service, so thanks again! Our driver was very personal. A very good and safe driver. When I called in to ask for a price, I was quoted $299 for my trip, but they charged my credit card $366 . They failed to disclose the airport fee, taxes, and 20% gratuity. I would have been happier if they disclosed that that $299 did not include the additional charges.

Omg! I have tried SOO many different car services as I use them sometimes quite often. Fred was our driver and he was so wonderful. My sister and I went to a concert at Staples and Fred made sure we were safe, purses zipped up, money hidden, etc. (I’ve had drivers fall asleep on me).Then upon pickup he was right there. Be wary of using this company when getting a ride for someone else, especially if the passenger is elderly, they may, for whatever reason, call an Uber comfort and try to pass it off as their services and pocket your payment. Word of advice, don’t tip bait the Uber driver you match with after begging them to pretend to be one of your limo drivers especially after giving said driver your company info.
