SJM entire Team is great. Ive dealt with different departments and everyone has the best customer service. They are quick when you need a quote for new radios or for repairs. Then once order is placed, you get it the next day, if they are parts for the radio. If it was sent for repair, they come back quick also. If I had my own business, I would definitely have SJM Radio as my supplier for radios. You wont regret it. Best all around. 5 stars to all SJM colleagues.

Even after programming approximately 30 of our radios, he went back and reprogrammed all of them again following a last minute request. But after consulting with SJM, I felt necessary to leave an honest and grateful review. I myself have worked with several companies, only to find out regardless of the job and its level of importance, things tend to be dealt with virtually in this day and age, leaving us feeling defeated at the end of a hard work day . With SJMs team including Mario C., Brittany G. and the rest of their stupendous crew, my team and I had nothing but positive and fast communication responses. They were always accommodating, especially during Covid-19. The Southern California Yachting Association rented a suite of radios from SJM Radio for a huge Womens Boating Event in Marina del Rey. The dock crews, photo boats, and coaches were in touch all day with the management. The communication avenue allowed us to move large numbers of women to their workshops and the boats they were assigned to with ease.
